We stayed here during the holy week vacation for 3 days and 2 nights. We seem to have checked in at one of their not so good moments 😂 before anything, I really appreciated the staff for making things as comfortable as possible, for being so accommodating. We stayed in a family suite that has a receiving area, 2 double/queen sized beds and a big bathroom/CR. The place seemed newly renovated. There were lots of people esp in the pool areas and there were no strict bathing rules as to swim wear which really turned off the kids from swimming despite the pool looking nice and all. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned when we got in but the staff addressed everything immediately. They were also able to give us the nearest parking space so that my mother in law who is 65+ doesn't have to walk far. The dining experience was really unexpected. Early morning karaoke going on at 730am, no change for big bills if you wish to buy something Ala care... Though there is really not much to buy in the menu. Breakfast was included in our package - simple enough with choices of hotdog, longganisa or bangus with rice and egg. We explored antipolo instead for its culinary secrets 😊 the high score is for the good people of the place - continue with the good job... But please make the other...

Date stayed: March 7-9, 2024 Room: 201 Booked thru: Agoda

🌼Place: Place was quiet and okay. Room was okay, aircon is working just fine, refrigerator was also available. The comfort room is spacious. Heater and bidet were also working. It was just that we found a 🐀 inside the room, it escaped through the passage of the aircon’s cord/hose. The view from the pool was great and relaxing.

🌼Pool: There are 3 pools, but we could only one and its not even maintained. (Please check picture for reference) We were planning to take a dip but after seeing how dirty it was, we just backed out. There’s a pool near the entrance which is clean but was advised that we can’t use it.

🌼Staffs: The staff who welcomed us were trainees. They were okay and provided us with welcome drinks. Our 2 breakfast were included which is good and they will give you list of options available. There were workers at the time of purchase stay since they were renovating. My only take was that I hope that the person at the gate that time offered help in lifting our things since we have 2 luggages from the gate to...

I was here to help out in a school's recollection for graduating students. It was my first time to visit and stayed for a total of 10 days spread over a span of 3 weeks.

The staff were very friendly and food is prepared by their own kitchen staff. Food is good but only Filipino style is served.

Now that they are a Red Doorz partner, a lot seems to have been improved especially in how rooms are designed and presented. Fast and seamless Wi-Fi coverage in the entire resort made connecting to the internet a breeze.

A few minor gripes such as the lack of any elevator so expect to do a lot of stair climbing. Also, most of the stairs need to have handrails as it's an accident waiting to happen for young children and seniors or those with physical impediments. There is available hot water in the shower but the centralised system has a tendency to suddenly run out of heat so you end up bathing in really cold water.

As a whole, the friendly staff and the quiet and serene ambience made my...

Pros: The environment is quiet and close to nature. The people are friendly and helpful, they never fail to satisfy you. Cons: The facilities are not maintained. I was shocked when I checked into the room and the floor was not clean, and the carpet was not vacuumed. There was no internet, telephone, kettle, bottled water, and toilet paper provided in the room. The fridge was unplugged. You need to walk all the way to the front desk to buy bottled water or order food. Breakfast was rice, egg and sausage, with drinking water (which you need to refill yourself) There was Uber around which you can board on. I would expect more for a stay costs USD 82/night
