Bonchon Chicken - Robinsons Antipolo — Restaurant in Rizal

First, while we were ordering at the counter, there was a large cockroach walking near the cashier, and they panicked about how to keep it away from us since my partner and I were already put off. They didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience, maybe because they just wanted to go home and didn't care about the customers anymore. But since BONCHON is a fast food restaurant, they should at least check their sanitation. They even told us our order was complete, but when we got home, we realized the pineapple juice was missing. Right?! We tried calling them via the hotline since we had already gotten home and only realized it late, but they didn't answer. THE BAM BOWL WE ORDERED WAS STILL COLD! Worst BONCHON...

We visited BonChon on Mother’s Day and had a disappointing experience. They said food would be served in 30 minutes, but we waited nearly 50 and only the fried chicken came out, with no drinks or bingsu. The drinks eventually arrived but weren’t cold and had no ice. Staff were not accommodating, and the place seemed understaffed. Even the table cleaner wasn’t doing his job properly.

This isn’t the first issue we’ve had here. On a previous visit, our order was taken wrong (we asked for chicken with fries but got chicken with mandu), likely because the front staff were distracted and talking.

This branch really needs to improve its service...

40mins and counting before getting the order just for Ala Carte 6 pcs chicken and 2pcs Bingsu for a takeout. Seems that the orders are not following FIFO. We've noticed we're ahead who've ordered to some who've ordered chicken too but they're able to get it ahead of us and already almost finishing dining in.

This is the worst Bonchon branch we've ever been to.

Staffs are not even accommodating. At the counter, they said that waiting time is only for 20-25mins.

Will never ever come back here!

Not recommended at all. If only there's a ZER0 for a service.
