Odyssea Beach Resort — Hotel in Luzon

➡️ Rooms, sakto lang, clean naman but maliit lang yung deluxe nila, as in pag open ng door 2 beds agad ➡️ No Toiletries provided, even towel wala ➡️ Sad to say during our stay nawawalan ng kuryente, so hnd namin na maximize ang gamit ng aircon, considering na summer at sobrang init ➡️ Poor customer service, one of the staff assist us to park our car near sa room which we appreciate, however the girl in reception gave us a room far from the parking, when we request the specific room near to our car she decline kahit wala namang nagamit, even saying to us na "bakit fully paid na ba kayo?", asking that question sounds very rude, considering that 2 weeks before fully paid na kami ➡️ But still i manage to calm down since i don't want to ruin our family vacation, i saw some guests requesting for refund because of poor customer service 🤦‍♀️ ➡️ Hoping you train your personnel in the reception to smile and be more Accomodating and don't be rude, if she can handle customer properly then better to put her at the back end of...

The beach is great and somehow clean.

We rented a tent for accommodation, you need to bring a fan because it's hot inside even tho it's already evening and also prepare a mosquito repellant.

For the public shower and restroom, I don't know how to describe the water but it can still be used to rinse your body after going to the beach.

Do bring extra ice and water so that you wont have to buy it cause it's pricey.

Wifi inside the resort is also slow and mobile data is not always connected. (Globe/Smart)

Lastly, staffs are good.

The only thing that I didn't like was that when we arrived, the mattress was not set up. They just left the bedsheet in one of the beds, so I had to do it myself (to think the room rate was above average in the area)

The place was generally quiet. The rooms are clean and acceptable. They have Wi-Fi at the reception if you need to connect.

The door knob of our room was broken when we got there, but they immediately replaced it.
