Straw Huts Liwliwa — Hotel in Luzon

I did not took pictures so that they have the opportunity to improve their place......

First the place itself since this is owned by one of the owners of camp haven the place is not that big they only have 6 tee pee huts and 2 large rooms with private cr

Second they have common showers one is closed and others were open showers........... The shower areas and common toilet and bath is not well maintained lightning is dark for me Since they do not have proper lightning you won't be able to check if it is properly cleaned ......water coming from their faucet also smells coming from a deep well..... When I roam around and check their beachfront. .....i am deeply saddened as there were traces of bonfire which greatly affects the sand .

I hope that they would always check their Beach.

Lastly to the municipality of San Felipe since you were charging eco tourism fee .....please do check the coastal everyday there are so many trashes...

The receptionist was nice but the place overall is not worth the price. Place only looks good in photos but is not really well maintained. Bed seemed clean but the One Piece throw pillows looked old. There was also trash under our teepee. Aircon was really dusty. The ceiling also looked dusty.

We did appreciate them having an umbrella for each room and water dispensers. The included breakfast was fine.

What really threw us off was the water from the shower and faucets. The water supply had a really bad smell. Smelled like sewage and rust. We weren't informed of this and as someone with a skin condition, it was really disappointing. I would've appreciated it if they were honest and told us beforehand.

Sayang. The place has potential but needs a lot of improvement.

Also for those in need of internet, mobile data (globe) is slow and the wifi doesn't reach the...

Our stay in Straw Hut Liwliwa is great with the room that fits for the budget yes it is a little bit small but it can fit 3 people for the hut we booked. Staff in the area are friendly and they will assist you if you need something. Location is also quiet since it was around the edge part of the Liwliwa beach. The only suggestion for improvement I can say is their bathroom and shower area which has stagnant waters and could have a better drainage system but overall experience other than that it was great for budget friendly travel with...
