If you're looking for a family/friends getaway place for a weekend this place is one to check. They are offering island hopping to Anawangin cove, Nagsasa coves and other neaby islands.
We stayed in the resort for 4 days and 3 nights. Honestly, it's quite a long stay and not much to do within the vicinity. They have a videoke which you can enjoy apart from the pool.
POOL: The pool is nice, however, the pool water is like sea water it is very salty and it has a very strong chlorine smell. I hope this can be changed. I would suggest putting the canopy/shade around the kids pool area as well since the main pool is quite deep for kids to play with.
STAFF: The staff are very accommodating, nice and helpful. They made us feel welcome.
FOOD & DRINKS: They only have limited food choices but you can ask them to cook other dishes for you. They also have grill areas where you can cook your own food. Just prepare for the corkage fee which you can check with the management.
ROOMS: We booked a Studio double room and Studio room that has a bunk bed. They are quite small and have limited space, the room's tv remote is not working so we didn't even get a chance to watch something. Their toilets are limited space as well. They didn't have any toiletries aside from towels so make sure to bring your own.
They have big spaces where you can do family reunions and celebrations.
For a day tour or overnight family getaway or reunion they are a good resort to check to, however, for longer stays there is not much to do. As we are also a family with young children, we only have the pool to enjoy but...
Read moreMy brother celebrated his 65th birthday at Pundaquit Luxury Resort on April 1, 2023. Joy the manager took care of every details to make it special and memorable for my whole family. Joy also arranged the Island Boat Hopping Tour for my family. Pundaquit Luxury Resort catered my brother’s 65th birthday on a beach front dinner. They even added a portable canopy on the beach to protect my family from summer heat in the Philippines while eating. My whole family had so much fun and everyone said the foods were delicious. I brought a family of 15 and everyone was happy and wanted to go back already. My family said the grounds are clean and beautiful. My sister loves the Anawangan room that I booked to use for changing clothes and taking shower. My family enjoyed the courtesy and hospitality of all the staff, especially Joy the Manager. I booked and arranged everything on line via PayPal and everything went well from the beginning to the end. I am so glad and thankful that I found Pundaquit Luxury Resort to celebrate this special family event. If you need a family venue, go to Pundaquit Luxury Resort, beautiful views, beautiful rooms and most of all beautiful people to take care of your family!! They treated my family like they are family!! Thank you Joy and staff of Pundaquit...
Read moreThis resort is well-recommended. The owner has been very responsive to our inquiries, she's very patient and kind , though napakakulit ko din tlaga kausap at marami request hihi , xyempre I want everything to be fixed and hustle-free pagdating sa resort ;)- goals achieved !
It's been our 3rd time (since 2022) and every time we come back in the resort, there is something new and it improves every time. Their staffs(Ms. Glenda and Sir Jack and the rest) are friendly and hospitable, too. What I loved much here are the clean rooms and comfort rooms, fresh and fragrant linens, the air conditioning units functions well and even there is an electrical short circuit na-fixed naman agad and we never run out of water on our 2-days stay in the resort. They also have their boat to hop along for island tour(we went to tri-island Camara Island, Capones Island and Nagsasa Cove and their bangkeros are also kind and assisting) and the price of island hopping is budget -friendly din.
Over all and most importantly, our family enjoyed our vacation there(though short of a time lng) yet made...
