Stayed in October 2024, family of 7. Club room and Regular twin rooms. 😊 Beautifully built with quality , inside and out. Much better looking than same establishments in the area. Decent crowd. More pricey though 😅 😞 Upon parking in basement, need to go up to GF , outside of building, and re-enter thru main entrance . Inconvenient if you have luggage , kids, seniors. No direct entry thru indoor elevators from parking area. Free parking (as guests). 😊Very accomodating reception, courteous service, attentive and friendly in all areas- club, pool, spa, concierge, etc. 😅 Waiting area across the reception ( lobby?) was full of people (waiting for or loitering ?) 😊 The club and its small meal perks ( breakfast, tea time, cocktails) are worth it, if you are a small and frequent eater. Cocktails became my dinner since they had roast beef and pasta, plus other side dishes and lots of free drinks. 😅Their pasta needed some improvement . 😊 Club floor was same as room floor- super convenient. Just went down to 5th floor for pool. 😅cooking smells along hallway of club floor 😊Club room was super nice and spacious. Had a walk in closet, 3 way bathroom, smart toilet, good shower, tub with a view, double lavatory, big vanity. Had space for a 3rd bed. Coffee, soda, Perrier and Evian. Coffee table with fruits and sweets . Remote control blinds and curtains. USB plugs at bedside. Window view of the pool and hills. Could have stayed in the room all day . 😊Markt (regular) breakfast had more choices than Club breakfast. But Markt had lots of guests. 😊They were opening some commercial mid priced restaurants inside the hotel- still ongoing construction. 😊 Regular twin rooms were spacious too. Clean and looked new. 😊 Not a casino goer. Casino was nice bc it did not smell of cigarettes, was not too loud, not crowded. Served free flowing coffee, water 24/7. 😊 Pool was nice , had several depths, lounge chair submerged partially in the water, cabanas , lovely view from the infinity edge. 😅 Pool was very busy from 8am to 11am- kids and families. Kids don’t stay in the kid’s pool bc they play in adult pool with parents . Gets noisy and crowded inside the pool 😔 😊 Tip: If you want some quiet time in the pool area, best to go fueing lunchtime when the families are having their lunch. 😊 Life vests available at the pool. Lifeguards were attentive. Pool bar/ food available too, with a few tables and seats right beside pool. 😊 Tip: Take the rooms facing pool but from far side , the view of hills are very nice during sunset. 😅 Not much to do in Clark area- swim/ chillax, eat (nice restaurants everywhere), casino. Clark speedway- for events. Clark international airport- for travel. Ok...

Upon arrival at Swissôtel Clark, we underwent thorough vehicle security checks, and the parking experience was smooth. However, navigating through a construction alley and additional security checks before entering the lobby could be improved for guest convenience. The hotel check-in counter's distance from the main entrance, requiring a walk around the casino, might be a drawback. Nevertheless, the check-in process was efficient, and the receptionist was notably polite.

The room itself was commendable for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and modern amenities. On the downside, the conjoined beds posed an issue as rolling over meant navigating a crevice, causing discomfort. Thin walls became apparent, leading to sound disturbances from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the windows, though offering a nice view, were marred by cleanliness issues. Despite these observations, the overall stay was reasonable, highlighting both positive and negative aspects.

At Ristorante di Verona, the dinner menu may appear familiar, but the flavors are excellent. Dining alfresco, the staff's attentiveness and politeness enhance the experience. However, breakfast at Markt was marred by our table's unfortunate location—near the toilet entrance and waiters' workstations, which wasn't ideal. Reminding a waiter for coffee, as the first one forgot, highlighted a service hiccup. While the food was decent, it didn't surpass expectations, especially with a personal dislike for the taste of the corned beef. On a positive note, the champorado was a standout. Offering gluten-free options would be beneficial for those with gluten sensitivity.

I have only compliments for the Swissôtel's Pürovel Spa & Sport. The booking process was seamless, and we were accommodated promptly. Opting for the WELLNESS FOR TWO package, which included a Silky Body Scrub, Nourishing Milk Bath, and Mekeni Signature Massage for two, added to the overall delightful experience. The comprehensive treatment featured a full-body exfoliating scrub and the use of a spa bathtub, followed by the signature Mekeni massage. A pre-massage consultation in a dedicated room to address health concerns added a thoughtful touch. The subsequent relaxation in the couple's room rounded out the spa experience...

Swissotel - the newly built hotel in Clark. It’s very Instagrammable! For those who are wondering, here’s what to expect: 1. It’s a 5-star hotel so pang 5-star ang price 😅. Agoda is my best friend when it comes to hassle-free booking of hotels and sometimes, they offer good deals. For this instance though, there wasn’t a difference in the price from the hotel’s website. The range of their rooms are from 7k+ to 8k+ with free breakfast for two during weekdays then just add 1k more during weekends. Children are not included in the free breakfast but you will pay just half the price. The breakfast buffet is around ₱1,200. 2. Its entrance is at Hann Casino Resort. If commute through Grab, for now, both Hann Casino and Swissotel are not yet in their map so you will need to choose Marriott Hotel as drop-off coz the two hotels are linked through Hann Casino Resort. 3. The hotel facilities that you see on Instagram are smaller than you think. We were surprised lol. That beautiful first photo that’s very popular on Instagram is called The Atrium and it’s also where the lobby for check-ins is located. Next to it is the Markt (pronounced as “Mark”) restaurant where the breakfast buffet is. 4. It’s very expensive here. Keep in mind that there is a 10% service charge for every bill you will have from the restaurants. 5. When you go to the neighboring Marriott Hotel, you will feel that Marriott is boring! 😅🤣 coz all the good stuff are in Swissotel. 6. The foods at Markt are so-so. From what we have experienced, only the chicken wings we ordered at Twenty Bar and Danish pastries and potato salad at the breakfast buffet were what made us happy. The cake and macaroons we tried at Oma’s are really good too! And the beverages/cocktails throughout the hotel are really good as well. I like that they pay homage to Kapampangan culture and places through the name of their beverages except at the Swimming Pool Bar - their drinks are named after some places in Region 3. 6. The pool is only exclusive for in-house guests so no “day trip” lol. Your booking also includes the use of their gym. 7. Lastly and most importantly, there is ₱3,000 deposit for each room you book upon check-in.
