Steakhouse and more at the deli — Restaurant in Mabalacat

Me and my bf celebrated our anniversary here all the way from Nueva Ecija. We got super excited to eat here but the moment we entered we were very very disappointed. The staff by the counter obviously saw us but did not even bother to greet us or even talk to us or anything and knowing that we were the only ones there. We sat on our own and waited for someone to come to us. We ordered 2 Ribeye steak it was big but the taste was not memorable at all, the Mushroom soup was good though but the overall experience in this place was very bad. It was even hard to get water again knowing we were the only customers there and the moment we were done with our meal we just left and no one said a thing or thank you. We should have gone to our fave korean bbq place instead. We hope that the service will improve but I don't think that we will ever be...

It’s a racist restaurant with terrible service!

This was my first time encountering a BIR-certified POS system that doesn’t support canceling bills.

They assumed we didn’t understand Tagalog at all, but they openly made racist remarks.

We confirmed with the waitress, asking, “Can four separate bills use one membership card?” She replied, “One card per bill only.” So, we agreed to just have one bill.

However, when it was time to pay, we were given four separate bills. When we pointed this out, “the guy” quickly said that the bills couldn’t be canceled in their POS system.

The service was awful, yet they still charged us a service fee. We even had to remind them to refill our water.

We had to swipe our card four times to pay for the four separate bills.

Using the membership card felt like being treated unfairly and racially...

I always pass by this place located beside a gas station and never seem to bother checking it out. When I finally did, it made me wonder why there seems to be no raving reviews about this place. It seems to be a best kept secret for a few in an area reknown for Kapampangan local dishes. The steak is spectacular. So much better than the ones across the street in a huge hotel. Would go for medium rare to better appreciate and savor the steak in this place. Select the cuts on the display bin rather than on the menu. Grilling time is fast. Season your meat and enjoy your steak. Lets not talk about the sausage... its also good. I will keep the review to a minimum as I prefer this place to remain low-key to the advantage of the few who appreciates a good quality steak meal. But if you happen to come across this review......
