El Sancho Hotel — Hotel in Naga

My family have so many reasons why we loved our stay in El Sancho - the delicious breakfast, huge puffy pillows, very comfortable bed, great customer service, cleanliness (I can go on and on forever). What I do love the most about our stay is the amazing staff- they are very attentive, they have great communication and very thoughtful! They even provided a crib for my baby so my baby was able to catch up on her sleep after traveling from California. The facility is not only very clean but I also appreciate the quality of the materials, furniture and appliances that we were able to fully utilize in our space- you can tell they were carefully curated to make all their customers feel at home. We were in the queen suite and it's very spacious with lots of storage. We were the most comfortable during our stay in El Sancho hotel and we stayed at maybe 5 places for our vacation. There's so much to love about this little gem and I'm so happy...

We were staying at an other hotel in Naga but was disappointed so we spontaneously booked El Sancho that was unknown and new for us, but it was the greatest decision. The staff was super helpful, kind and solution oriented! ||||The rooms are so fresh, it felt like a very Scandinavian look with a very minimalistic and clean design we loved it! The breakfast was also so tasty. ||||It’s also located near a street with some really good restaurants BUT if I understood it correctly the Tricycle aren’t allowed to drive in to the hotel during the night so that might be a thing you want to check with the staff. But it was very central so we didn’t mind. ||||Okay this review is getting very long; ||||Over all: we’re definitely coming...

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We booked expecting a proper accommodation, but we were placed in a so-called “family room for 5” that was not suitable at all. The space was too cramped, the layout was inconvenient, and it was clear that the room was never meant to comfortably accommodate that many people. On top of that, the service was unhelpful. Staff seemed uninterested in assisting us with our concerns, and there was no effort to provide alternatives or solutions.

Considering the price and the promises made, this was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. The hotel failed in both service and accommodation, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a decent...
