Robertson Hotel — Hotel in Naga

Travelled and stayed for a few days during Nov 1. 4 adults (2 seniors and 2 PWD's) and a new born baby (5months)

So rooms are quiet small, the double standard room via agoda - which was cheaper around 1k to - 1.5k per night, and a Superior (sorry if i am wrong, will update the name later) room which is not available via agoda or other online booking. We needed a ref and this room had a ref, for the babies needs.

Rooms although crampy they were clean, and comfortable. The staff were attentive and very helpful to any requests or needs.

We were informed that there was a 1k bond for the rooms (understandably any possible damages incurred) but it was returned. There is a Policy inplace of being changed an amount if you were to bring your own food to your rooms - there isn't a cafe in the actual hotel, it would be Found at RJs buffet.

We were told if you brought food for ourselves there wouldnt be a charge. Perhaps in the past there were people who would bring unreasonable amounts of food. Again. It's the establishments right to implement rules if need.

The place is so clean and attractive, rooms are pretty good. Then I've just learned the House rules... I think they had previous guests causing problems with heavy food and chemical stains, eventually Adding the house rule "consuming delivered food will incur 30% (delivered food cost) charges if you opt to have food delivered here. Its quite a hassle if you're tired and need to eat inside the hotel. I guess they've overdone it, because they already have "P1000 security" if in case you've damaged some amenities during your visit, this could have covered that "heavy food and chemical stains, etc". I somewhat panicked in a way, I usually grab some food on my to hotel, and here we are, can't take in something inside (freely, with no trouble of getting incurred cost) the way we usually do. Amazing stay in Roberson Hotel! The staff are very accommodating, especially the receptionist. They also have pleasant aura. The place (lobby and room) are clean! ||I am also thankful because they allowed me to check in early even without prior notice. I arrived early from trip from manila and when I went there (I intend to just wait and work in the lobby), they offered to let me check in at 12nn without extra fee! They even allowed me to leave my things until almost 6pm after check out. ||They also have strong internet connection.
