We have stayed in this hotel/resort because among other hotels this is the most affordable that we have found. The room/cottage is comfortable, for 5 adults with 2 kids, their 2 double beds plus 1 single bed is perfect. Their bathroom and is clean and spacious. We did not made a reservation and just walked-in and were quite confused because on their advertisement it appears that they have a swimming pool, but when we arrived their the cottages under keahanna does not have swimming pool. The staff graciously explained that it is like a compound were several cottages/rooms/accommodation is owned by different owners but they are related (family). The one on their advertisement is a different cottage/room. Since we really do not stay at the room that much we just book the one under keahana and let the kids swim at the beach since it is just a short walk from the resort. Food wise we ate at the nearby restaurant. This hotel is best for those backpackers or who are...
Read morewe stayed here December 2015||||we transferred here in our efforts to find a better room and we were not disappointed. we were given a room that has a loft but we got it for 1,200/night instead of its usual rate. the room was good for 4 or 5 actually but it was just me and my bf who checked in. it was their only available room that time and we tried to bargain the price and they were kind enough to give it to us. ||||spacious room, with hot shower (which our previous resort didn't have but it was more expensive), we had our own balcony too. ||||i would recommend this place to other who want a quiet ambience, privacy, friendly atmosphere. ||||it's not beach front but that didn't matter, it was only behind those beach front resorts..||||highly recommendable. As a result one of the two nights we woke up in the middle of the night with a headache, blocked nose and heavy chests. It was unbearable, we had to open the windows (don't have mosquito nets) and door. The problem you're then dealing with is inviting those frustrating mosquitos in to feast on you.||Saud beach is a resort so you only have the options to dine in the restaurants on the beach front, which are pricey for basics, unless you take a tricycle elsewhere. While we were there, they took last orders for food and drinks at 8.30pm - so call it an...
