Emohruo Beach Restobar — Restaurant in Pagudpud

Sunday visit Beach front hotel and resto. Its actually evangeline resort.

Staff was accommodating to let us use their table to leave our bags. We came from the beach on the upper side of the beach and decided this part of the beach since its cleaner and better.

If you are not a guest and you are looking for an early breakfast around 7am then its not the resto for you. Got their earlier but they did not accept our orders yet since they are going to prioritize their guests. However, no guests ordered around 7 15 am. So....... had to wait for 2 hrs to have our order. Not sure if every hotel does this or they are just understaffed.

Asked the hotel near us but said the same thing. "prioritize our guest."

If you are wondering why not eat at our hotel? We are earlybirds..... the beach side near our hotel was not the greatest place to swim... been there and a bit...

Location is right on the beach with great views of course. They are polite and kind but we had a few issues like when we asked if fries came with the seafood sandwich, she said yes then when it came to the table she said that it didn't. Which isn't a big deal but we would have ordered the fries with the sandwich. I got the mountain chicken, which was cold. Sizzling seafood was great but over priced for the small amount. Also the bartender was not there so it was beer only which one of us doesn't like to drink beer. Other than that, food was good and wouldn't mind...

The resto for the Evangeline Beach Resort complex. Food is good. Went there off peak season so the place was relaxing, peaceful, and quiet. It is right next to the beach so during high tide, you'll get a little sea spray with your food & drink. You'll enjoy a good view of Saud Beach and nearby wind turbines during the day. Sunsets and sunrise offer interesting light. Highly recommend trying local delicacies from the menu to experience the unique food...
