Peaceland — Hotel in Panglao

It may not be in the best location, or have the best facilities. But if you're looking for a place to truely call home while in Bohol. Peaceland is the place for you, I originally booked 2 nights and ended up staying a week because the staff, the people and the most welcoming chill vibe had me wanting to stay no where else. These are the reasons why people look to stay in a hostel, a place to meet the most amazing people while travelling the world. And Joseph is the reason why this all comes together and just works, the heart and the soul of Peaceland.

If I said everything I wanted to say about Peaceland, I would be here forever, but all I can say is. Give it a try and I can guarantee you will not...

This place is a paradise. Just from the name of it, you certainly can find peace of mind. You will be surrounded with nature. Woke up with the sounds of the roosters, feel the morning rays of the sun in your skin. Chill under the tree or in the hammock. The house is a typical Filipino house secured with new technology. The host and the people looking after the place were nice and kind. You can easily talk to them without any problems. Getting to places like market, stores or even to the beach is not a problem at all. And this place is closed to the resorts where u can dive on the cliff and swim with the thousands...

For me this is the best hostel in Panglao! The price of the place is really good and the owner is very helpful, entertaining and will make sure you are comfortable. The design of the hostel is unique. The garden is beautiful with a large open space (there is even a place for you to do yoga) . The hammock area is also a good place to chill. I also like the hot and cold shower and the open kitchen. So if you want a peaceful place to stay, then Peaceland is the perfect place...
