This is definitely not the most impressive and not the most beautiful resort/hotel we have ever had but this petite resort gave the same satisfaction, comfort and relaxed feeling we all wanted. A very quiet place surrounded with trees and plants... very peaceful. It is our last night in our Cebu-Bohol Trip. We arrived at the resort by past 6pm and our flight going back to Manila will be 8pm the next day. We asked them how much they are going to charge us if we extend our stay beyond the standard check out time of 12 noon. Unexpectedly, they allowed us to stay until 6pm for free. We are a group of 16 and we had 4 family rooms. All are situated a very few steps away from the pool, spacious with 2 double beds for each unit. We all had good sleep and felt well-rested after 3 whole days of exploring Cebu and Bohol with short sleeps (very early call times). Furniture, bathrooms, towels, swimming pool and restaurant are very clean. We are all very comfortable with this resort's facilities and amenities. Not as complete as the other expensive hotels but all fine with us, we had what we needed. The swimming pool is open for 24hours. The staffs are friendly, helpful and very accommodating to our crazy family. Breakfast is good. They have a shuttle which can used for free on transfer to/from Alona Beach from 5-9pm. Because they allowed us to stay longer, we got to enjoy Alona beach and their very lovely swimming pool. In addition, they arranged for our airport transfer for free. We are very satisfied and very happy with this resort. Thank you very much Veraneante Resort... We...

The resort is located a bit away from the prime resort beaches and bars but is in a well-lit, very safe almost rural location. So, it does not try to compete in terms of being the best or most expensive place but offers an honest, good value stay in a tropical setting, away from the madding crowd.||The service from Robert and all the crew was prompt and helpful, always with a smile. The included breakfast, while basic in scope, was quick to arrive and provided enough variation to keep us happy for our 8-day stay. The general menu provides a neat balance between Asian, Filipino and simple European cuisine, well priced, and always well prepared.||Momo Beach is actually only about 1km easy walk away, and this is a little known place to visit for those days when you don't want to join the crowds at Alona Kew. There is a nice pool for the end of a day touring or diving. The staff are happy to help with arranging the hire of motor scooters, taxis, tours, as well as providing occasional free shuttles to the Alona area.||Provided you are prepared to accept that this resort is not right in the thick of the social whirl, the Veraneante offers a homely atmosphere - and WooWoo the little black Pug is the star...

Pros: I booked a 4-day, 3-night stay through Agoda for ₱6,000 per room for 3 guests, including breakfast—which I think is a great deal! The hotel is conveniently located in Panglao, near the airport and close to many tourist spots. The room includes Wi-Fi (though the signal isn’t very strong), a TV, and a refrigerator. There’s also an on-site restaurant, which is perfect if you’re too tired to go out, plus a pool for relaxing. Alona Beach is about 15–20 minutes away by tricycle. It cost us ₱250 per way, and the front desk can help arrange transportation. The hotel accepts cash and GCash for payments. Customer service was excellent—staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Cons: There’s no convenience store nearby, and the hotel is quite far from any malls, so plan accordingly

A small and quiet resort with a nice swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. But it could do with more staff, especially at the busier times. The food is good and not too expensive & the menu is varied. The resort is off the beaten track but they do a shuttle service to Alona beach, which is the best beach on Panglao Island, but the most commercialised part of the island. There are lots of restaurants & drinking places at Alona beach but be prepared to pay a bit more. The resort can arrange tours as well. We had the family room which accommodated 2 double beds. I would recommend this resort if you're looking for a quiet relaxing break.

A nice place to stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Quite far out from Panglao town or Alona beach, have to get a trike to get there, and the resort wouldn't change notes for us to pay the trike drivers. Rooms were clean and spacious and had an excellent shower with hot water and good water pressure. Quite a small resort, and the pool wasn't particularly clean when we were there.
