Freemont Place — Hotel in Parañaque

I've stayed here several times and never had a problem. It was my favorite place to stay in manila. However, that has changed. My family and I went there in February. We flew and have been up since 2 am. We got to Freemont around 11 am. We wanted to stay 4 nights. The receptionist wouldn't let us check in until 2 pm. Keep in mind it was hot we had luggage and our one year old son. They told us to check in early we'd have to pay extra. I'm already paying 12k cash and they wanted more. Then they wouldn't let us in until 12. Wouldn't let us leave our luggage. Greedy people run this hotel and we left. Went to another nicer cheaper hotel that did let...

The room was very small. I could barely move. The receptionist informed me that it should have not been my room in the first place but since I checked-in too early, it is the only available they can offer. They just assure me that I will be transferred to another room the next day. The following day, I even called them few hours before my transfer if it is still feasible and I was given an assurance that I will be transferred around 12PM. Not a recommended place been here yesterday and the room just like nothing the tissue inside of the bathroom is already used then no connection on tv cable, and also the staff are not a honest i choose the standard room but they said there is no available but when we go upstair many standard room are available then the price of their rooms are over price but the toiletries that you get i just like "kakarampot" your money is not worth it in...
