OYO 431 Apollo 11 Apartelle — Hotel in Pasay

Terrible experience – avoid OYO 431 Apollo 11 Apartelle and Booking.com

I accidentally booked May 9–12 instead of May 10–13 and realized right after confirming on April 28. I messaged the property immediately to fix the dates, but all I got were automated replies. I followed up several times, still no real response.

I called Booking.com support multiple times. Even their supervisor said they couldn’t do anything because the property wouldn’t respond. After nearly two weeks, the property finally replied—first approving my request, then replied “Decline”. No explanation, no confirmation. I ended up getting charged more and didn’t even stay there.

I booked a different place through Agoda—much better experience. I tried again through the app to request a refund, was sent to OYO support, and they claimed they never got my original request. I sent them proof—screenshots, dates, messages—and then they just stopped replying. Sent follow-ups, still nothing. The last time I tried, they just sent another automated message.

If you’re thinking of booking through Booking.com or staying at OYO 431 Apollo 11 Apartelle - DON'T. They’ll take your money, ignore you, and leave...

Me and my sister stayed in this apartelle for 4 days and 3 nights we really want to move to another place on our 1st day of stay here. Since we have a lot of baggages and transportation was hard. Tiis tiis na lang aalis din naman kami. The receptionist has an attitude and she doesn't have that pleasing personality which is why i don't like approaching her. It seems like she owns the place. The reception area gave me the vibes of like going to the registrars office. Scary!

The room is not that apealing compared to other hotel that has same price of 1,500 pesos per night for this price some even has a free breakfast, so dun na lang kayo. Wifi is poor, no smart tv so you can't even watch netflix, there are 2 sockets in the room mainly for the tv and the black box. Kaya either nood or charge ka na lang, you can't do both. The toiletries are just soap and shampoo, once lang sila nagbigay ng toothbrush sa 4 na araw namin dto. There are lots of other options for the same price so choose wisely. I don't recommended this...

Our stay in this apartelle was extremely disappointing and far from acceptable. We had to wait for almost an hour before anyone at the reception even bothered to assist us. The staff seemed completely untrained and uninterested in helping guests, and instead made it feel like we were the ones at fault just because we checked in late in the afternoon.

When we finally got to our room, it was a total mess. The floor was dirty, the bedsheets and pillowcases were stained, and even the blanket had a foul smell. The TV was mounted on the wall but had wires hanging everywhere, looking unsafe and unprofessional.

We went back down to complain, only to find that there was no staff at the reception again. It’s unbelievable how poorly this place is managed.

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. We absolutely do NOT recommend this...
