I'll start with the much shorter list which is the good things: Close to the airport Inexpensive

That's it. Everything else was pretty awful. The room had lots of small bugs crawling all over the sink/counter in the bedroom The bed was incredibly squeaky (like, REALLY loud) anytime you moved around on it at all. And not very comfy The bathroom doesn't even have a shower curtain. So the water gets everywhere when you shower, and the water didn't get warm. So it was a cold shower in the morning before I left. Also, the drain was a bit clogged so the entire bathroom floor fills with water. There were multiple roosters crowing literally all night (from midnight until I left at 6am) I booked my room online around 10:30pm, and then was trying to call the place for the next hour just to confirm they would be there and ready for me, and nobody was picking up at the front desk. So I just had to hope that somebody would be there. Thankfully, they were. It's in what felt like a sketchy neighborhood. I would never stay here again for this reason alone. They say they have a 24 hour shuttle service. When I got there and asked if there would be a shuttle around 5:30, they said no. There was one at 5am, but it was full with 7 other people. Otherwise "there would be one later". This was half of why I booked this place was for a shuttle. So I had to pay for my own Grab...

So, we decided to stay here for one night in order to catch a flight to El Nido the next day. I contacted them the day before to tell them that my sister would arrive at 3:10 in the afternoon and asked them to pick her up first and then also pick me up in the evening as I was arriving with another flight. |They told me yes of course, just let your sister call us as soon as she has her luggage and they will send someone right away and that I should do the same. Cut long story short, my sister had to wait for them for one hour at the meeting point and I had to wait for 45 mins. |Why would they tell us to call them as soon as we’re ready for pick up if they need an hour to get there. ||So for whoever decides to book them call them as soon as you get so don’t have to wait for an hour, ||As far as the room is concerned, yes it is not a fancy option , the sink blocked after washing our hands for the first time, the noise from people walking up and down woke us up a few times but if you are looking for a clean place to crash for one or two nights this place...

Last few years I always stay here when flying in/out of Manila, usually for 2 nights to unwind. The big attraction of course is location so close to the airport (NAIA) and the shuttle service, so it really is ideal for transit stopover. Other pluses: The staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are cozy and comfortable with aircon, fan, sink, kettle, fridge; bathrooms a bit small but good shower. Light breakfast is brought to your room. There is a mini-mart at the desk including snacks, beer, etc. Use the lift to move your luggage, or to visit the covered rooftop area. There's a generator for occasional brownouts. Plus basics like accepting card payments, and having fire escapes and extinguishers. The apartments are in Rivera Village which is a surprisingly quiet spot for close to the airport. I like this place and personally feel very safe here. A good introduction to filipino...

Great place for a night or two if you're waiting for your flight, clean rooms with a nice breakfast and kind staff. The place is very close to the airport and they drive you to your terminal at anytime with no extra charge. There is no restaurant near by, even though you can walk for about 10 minutes and find some supermarket and fast-food, they will help you with an online reservation. The owner of the place was very nice and didn't even charge us for the late check out. I would recommend not to sleep in the rooms that are located at the east side of the building and on the front side because of the noise from the street and the sunrise that can wake you up early.

I'm aware it was a cheap booking however the guy at reception is so unfriendly it's unreal, basically grunts at you doesn't speak. We were told nothing about a free breakfast even though it was supposed to be included but looking at the absolute state of the room didn't fancy it (see pictures) I give it 2 stars not 1 because I actually liked the location the neighbours were friendly and sociable and it didn't feel unsafe even at night. (It is smack bang in the middle of a local kind of shanty neighbourhood).
