Had 15k php stolen from my bag when i had to go to the cashier and enquire why my coffee had been served after 10 minutes, but not my water and juice (which were both prepackaged and sat in the refrigirator).

Asked the manager to access the security cameras and solve the problem, which apparantly have to be accessed from a remote location. She dragged her feet for almost 40 minutes before getting a few clips sent to her viber from somebody, which were all from after the incident occurred. Despite me asking repeatedly for them to check the earlier footage the mystery person just kept sending clips with a later and later timestamp, this went on for 1 hour until I ran out of time and had to go to my gate or miss my flight (which they asked me immediately what time my flight was and knew when i would run out of time).

Not to mention the fact that I had to share this woman my own hotspot from my overseas sim so she could access the footage, as despite charging 350 for juice this place doesnt even offer Wifi, what a joke that is.

Was promised that after i left to catch my flight I would be sent the missing footage to clear up the situation, but upon arrival was given a wishy washy statement about data privacy but mot worry they checked it and the money wasnt stolen, it magically disappeared! And they hope that cleared up the matter. No, it didnt. Now I will never know if the staff took and split it and covered for each other until i left or if it was a fellow customer. Neither would surprise me in the Philippines these days unfortunately. Never had any experience like this in any other SE Asian country.

And final thought, please dont call yourself Wild Flour if you dont provide veg options. Perhaps Wild Animal would be...

My mom and I went to Little Flour after Security Check. To our surprise, there weren’t a lot of people in the coffee shop and it is much cozier at Little Flour than the lounge.

We ordered the following:

Fresh Lumpia: It was fresh and delicious but the flavors are sweet and very peanut forward. If you’re allergic to peanuts, don’t order this. If you love peanuts, you will love this dish.

Arroz Caldo: Delicious and rich tasting. Personally, I would add a little more Calamansi than usual. I love the nice touches like the fried bicho-bicho on top, the marinated eggs with creamy yolk and loaded with fried garlic and scallions. It’s a comforting dish on a rainy night.

Fries (no pic): Standard fries, nothing outstanding. For 290 pesos? Not worth it but if you want something crunchy and salty, and you’re willing to splurge, then go ahead.

The food and drinks in Little Flour are expensive but the portion sizes are huge and the coffee shop is cozy that it feels more like a lounge than the airport lounges available in NAIA 1.

Service could be better though. It was hard to call a waiter to serve us. But maybe it’s not like the usual Wildflour restaurant where there is a waiter that you can call anytime. This sister restaurant might have a different set up. So, take my feedback regarding the service with the grain of salt.

If you are willing to pay a little more for the food and stay in Little Flour? It’s cheaper than paying for lounge access.

Would I come back here again to wait for my flight? Heck yeah! This is better than the lounge in my opinion.

If not crowded, I highly recommend staying at Little...

The place is located near Gate 15. The food and drinks here are decent, and the pastries offer a good variety, though not as extensive as their stores outside the airport. For an airport setup, it’s still impressive. There’s plenty of seating available, and the departure monitor is a nice touch for keeping track of your flight.

However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Tables were cleared but not wiped down properly, and you could still see coffee and tea stains. The staff behind the counter was overly pushy, constantly asking me to buy bottled water and sandwiches, even though I had already ordered a Matcha latte and a pie as I'm only dining alone. It was excessive, especially just before a flight.

The serving staff was also quite rude. When I pointed out the stains on the table, the response was unprofessional, and when my order arrived, the receipt was thrown onto the table. It made me feel unwelcome, which is disappointing as I’m a regular customer at their BGC, Makati, and Podium branches, where I usually enjoy dining. Unfortunately, this experience was not on par with those outlets. Will I return to this...

Little Flour Cafe is a nice addition to almost all fast-food chains around the NAIA Terminal. The ambience and atmosphere is slightly tucked in from the busy terminal and if you want to have a little break from the constant flow of passengers through the airport, this is your place. Prepare to be charged premium though. I ordered adobo fried rice and ube bun whilst killing my time at the airport for a very long lay over. My adobo fried rice took approximately 25 minutes to prepare and had I not followed up, I would have waited longer. I wish it was worth the wait, but the flavour and dish was underwhelming considering how much they charge! The ube bun was the same - it lacks texture and very little to no ube at all. You can satisfy your craving by getting a Muhlach’s ube ensaymada instead. The staff clears the table but doesn’t clean or wipe them. The level of cleanliness is only at face value. This place charges a premium but unfortunately, it doesn’t live up to it yet. Starbucks is a better option and a fraction of the price.
