Upon leaving the Philippines, I was craving one last Filipino meal, so I stopped at Caffe Xpress. The lady behind the counter was crouched down hiding behind the register and on her phone. The other employee was walking back and forth, appearing to work, but not acknowledging me. Patiently, I waited for someone to take my order. It took a few minutes before the employee told the lady I was waiting for my order. She didn't seem happy, as if she was hoping I would just walk away, but I really wanted to order the Chicken Tocino. Ugh... So many red flags. So she took my order, took my money and she went straight back to her phone. I stood there waiting for a receipt and for her to tell me how long of a wait it will be, but she instantly went back to ignoring me. After a few minutes, the other employee handed me the Chicken Tocino and the hot mocha I ordered. The hot mocha was handed to me extremely hot. The cup didn't have a sleeve nor did they provide me with a napkin. The Chicken Tocino was clearly microwaved... maybe even a few times. It did not satisfy my craving and sadly it was the last meal I had leaving the Philippines. Service and food was definitely not worth coming here for. If anything, they had the shortest line for food at the airport and that should've already been a red flag. They'd be good for maybe grabbing a can of soda and that's about it... But that could take a few minutes too and maybe be bothersome to the staff. Eh, just take your business elsewhere.

Located inside the terminals, after the security checks and before boarding. There are seats and stools, but people are usually using them to wait around, with multiple single people occupying tables for four with just one half-finished drink for hours. The stools are a better bet. Tapsilog was okay. Took a while for it to be served, and it wasn’t really that hot. The drinks were served cold. The pistachio Sansrival cake is pretty good though. It would probably go well with coffee.

I hate doing this, but people need to know. Stopped by on my way to terminal X. Ordered ham and cheese croissant alongaide a large Americano. The croissant was a tad salty and really lacking a few layers of ham and cheese. The large Americano looked like the content was a medium placed in a large container. Couldn't keep quiet so I asked the lady out front if she thought it was a large. Saw her add more hot water like it's 3 in 1. Water diluted coffee... great!

Worst airport dining experience ever. The food tasted terrible and was way overpriced, yet they even had the audacity to add a “service charge.” What service?? The counter staff was literally on his phone watching TikTok videos while several customers were trying to check the menu and food on display. I had to say “hello” just to get his attention, but he didn’t even bother to respond—he just took my card, inserted it at the terminal, and continued watching TikTok while the payment processed. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and truly disappointing for an...

I am currently at terminal 3 in Manila,PI. I just ordered the Mocha Mint Latte. This is the worst tasting cup of coffee I have ever tasted. The mint was worng and over powering with a bad after taste. Chocolate and mint go great together but this mix was very bad. I told the guy working here that is was not good and he told me it was the way it is. I own a coffee shop and this product would never be sold in my shop. Also if a customer told me my product tasted bad i would make the customer happy. #Coffee Xpress very bad...
