The best thing about this place is definitely the location—it's very close to NAIA Terminal 1, which is super convenient for travellers like me who just need a place to rest before a flight. However, the overall experience was a mixed bag. The room was okay—spacious enough. First off, there's no telephone in the room, so if you need anything (like the complimentary water), you’ll have to make the pilgrimage down from your room—in my case, all the way from the 4th floor. I asked for water at the front desk and was met with what I can only describe as Olympic-level rudeness. The lady there (who may or may not have been the receptionist) responded in a way that made me feel like I had asked for gold, not water. Honestly, she acted like she hadn't had her dinner yet. 😅 She said there was already water in the room... but did she check? No. 🙄 Then there’s the bathroom. The shower head looked like it had seen better centuries. It was grimy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, which made me question the general cleanliness and maintenance of the room. In summary, if you're just here to sleep for a few hours before your flight and have no expectations beyond a bed and a roof, this place might do. But if you’re expecting a warm welcome and basic cleanliness, maybe look elsewhere—or at least bring your own water and shower head.

I was here for my 19 hours transit. Firstly, we are talking about the location. So the location is near the Terminal 1. Technically you can walk because it is only 1km something. You can just order Grab Car/ Bike which is only cost you less than 100 pesos. Secondly, for anyone of you who wants to do early check-in, you can. You just need to pay extra 100 pesos per hour. Still affordable. Thirdly, the room actually was good. BUT there is A MOUSE. That damn it mouse ate my spare chocolate. I found theirs poop on the bed and the bed smell like their piss. Fourth, the bathroom. You need to be extra clean and put more effort to clean. The sink, the tap, and shower, the wall need to be washed. Give the customers toothpaste, not only the toothbrush. Fifth, the noise. Yes it is a hotel. Cheap. But the noise so annoying. Please make a sign so people low their tone when speaking. There was people like me who come only for sleep and check out in the same day.

Where to start. Be careful with taxi drivers! They charged me 2000 Peso (53AUD) for 4.5k‘s from the airport to this place. Absolute sickening! For local people it’d be around 250. I usually book cheap hotels because I don’t need anything exclusive. But ! - I would out of all cheap hotels I’ve booked so far in Manila not recommend this one! Bed sheets had stains .. blood?! Red and brown stains. A lot of hair everywhere. Mould !! Rubbish wasn’t emptied properly. No soap to wash at least my hands. Smelly room/ drains smelled like a dead animal was stuck in there. Staff quite uninterested. Best part was I woke up with bites all over my arms and back, belly and feet ( bed bugs ) Thanks for nothing. Won’t return.

You would think that during a Covid Pandemic this Hotel would at Least clean their AC filter! This is The Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my 61 year's of exsistance. There contact number doesn't work. Because the Country added a 8 to the begging of the number But it still don't work even if you add an 8.I contacted your chat line on the 7th about it because I'm a disabled person and I needed a 1st floor. We'll once I arrived in the evening of June 8th. I requested a 1st floor room. To my surprise. Only a 3rd floor room was available. I was very tired having traveled all day. It was late and I was 5 kilometers from the airport. And Manila has a curfew. Well I decided for my safety I would stay because I have a 14 hour layover. I'm taking 4 airlines through 5 Airports on 48 hour's. Well at least the receptionist carried my luggage up to my room. Well. #1 The air con isn't cold. #2 The air con filter is Filthy. #3 The toilet don't flush. #4 The bed cover has a big stain. #5 The sheets have stains. #6 The shower is dirty #7 The toilet doesn't flush. I am not a rich person so I was in a bind and could book something else at the last minute especially with the totality of the situation at hand. I've attached photos of said hotel and I'm humbly requesting a Full Refund due conditions beyond my control. And I will be giving a bad review of same hotel and informing the Proper Authorities about this establishment ias well. Hopefully you fix this or I'll be forced to start using Trip Advisor again. I'm also a Google Local Guide and yelp reviewer as well. Thanks ||Mark Swenor||You would think that during a Covid Pandemic this Hotel would at Least clean their AC filter! It is not far from International arrivals, so you can get a "Grab" or even a taxi. It isn't easy to find and it is on a narrow street full of people, kids and dogs in the evening. But you get out and walk up to the desk and they will take care of you. They will even get some food for you if it is late or you don't want to venture out, like Jollibee or McDonalds. As is the case in nearly all asian run hotels in the Philippines, the key card is attached to another card that fits in a slot next to the door which turns on the lights and the A/C. So the room will be warm and you have to wait for awhile for it to cool down. Most rooms do not have a refrigerator or a microwave. But they have hot and cold water. The hot water is provided by an "in-line" heater in the shower mounted on the wall. When it detects the hot water valve opening, it will heat the water. You don't have to mess with it.||They will get you a taxi if you do not have "Grab" (an Uber type service). Most of these hotels are just to sleep in overnight. It is clean and smells good. ||There are never any wash cloths (hand cloths) because that is not a "thing" here. So, it is good to bring one over here if you need to wash "normally" or get a scrungee at a local store.||Always arrive at the airport early for any flights. There are ALWAYS some delays because it is in the middle of several countries with airlines who don't really have a concept of service and keeping a time schedule like we do in the USA and other countries. Don't forget, if you haven't paid for your carry on bags if you are flying domestic in the Philippines, it will cost a lot more than pre-paying. Try to pay with pesos too, it is faster and easier for them if you forgot to prepay. they have a limit in KG of 8KG for carry-on. So, when you weigh the carry-on and it is over, stuff the heavy stuff in your pockets! Ha! I wouldn't have done that, but I was in a pickle and and the lady told me to do it. It is probably frowned up though, so, Caveat emptor.||||When you go back to the airport (Manila) you will be screened when you first come into the airport. Have your passport ready then. After you get your ticket, you will go through the real screening before you go to the gates.||||As always, while in the Philippines, keep your wits about you, stay with your group and avoid going out at night if at all possible unless you...

I'll get straight to the point(+Somewhat detailed of surrounding area):

1,000 peso deposit upon check in. 250 pesos early check-in fee. 50 pesos for EXTRA blanket(they are REALLY THIN)

Rooms are on the small end, you get what you pay/paid for, AC blows cold.

Bathroom is SMALL, if you're a taller person, your knees may hit the wall when taking care of business. There's a bidet(clean your privates with a spray of water) next to the toilet and there's hot water with the shower system. Bring/buy your own TP if that's what you're accustomed to. You can purchase pretty much all necessary stuff in the mini stores in the surrounding neighborhood for cheap! The locals will know you're not from around there, just communicate with them, they're good people.

Some things to be wary of:

*The in-room sink is shallow, water will splash everywhere. *Bathroom floor is SLIPPERY WHEN WET! watch your step!

Room comes with some free toothpaste, brushes, fridge, small table and chairs.

Local food is good in the neighborhood. Go out to the highway, bank a right and walk straight. There's more local food shops to your right as you inhale the fumes from passing vehicles. The families that run them are VERY nice and friendly, would rate them all 5*, extremely helpful! Keep walking further past the next overpass and there's like 7-10 carenderia's to the right and a 7-11 for some more fancy stuff. Also banks.

Go across the overpass to get to baclaran(outdoor shopping) VIA jeep and it's also near the mal(SM Mall of Asia). Otherwise not too many things to do in the surrounding area...
