The place is more of a love hotel. You can tell because mirrors can be found on the ceiling and at the bedside . If you really, really have no other place to stay, and you're not there for some loving, ask for the least expensive room. The least expensive room also has the least mirrors. ||||All rooms are air conditioned, which vary from window type air conditioning and the wall mounted split type. Maintenance of the air conditioning is not really very good. Although most rooms work, some rooms' air conditioning is not in great shape - ice or frost accumulates at the condenser, while others have a missing ventilation grill.||||The TV is the older cathode-ray tube type of TV. It has cable channels but also has porn channels. The room lighting is quite dim and uses red lights. More indicators of being a love hotel.||||The bathrooms are generally clean but the size depends on the rate of the room. The least expensive rooms have the smaller bathrooms. Hot water takes some time to heat up.||||Service is good. However, the food served by the hotel is not palatable. Might as well get better food from the restaurants surrounding the hotel. But if it's just beverages you need, room service is good. The server carries enough change for the cash you hand him for whatever you ordered.||||There is a basement parking which fits about 10 vehicles. There is only one elevator and sometimes the wait can be a wee bit long. The floor indicator and buttons of the elevator needs to be replaced. It was a last minute after going out with friends. to tired to go home so i decided to get us a room here, there was this lady and a man on the reception area i ask for a room and the lady answer that they only have one room left so i took it i settle the bill with my card , after paying she gave the room key then we all head to the lift . suddenly the other guy stop us telling us the room only allows 2 person so i said ill just pay for the extra person. he said No we need to get another room,( suddenly they have another room) in desperate to sleep i paid for a second room. finally we made it to our room and rest we only stayed at one room at 602 ,after an hour one of our friends decided to home . so i went down to reception to cancel the other room and they said there is n refund i told them i haven't even went to other room 402 . but they said its not allowed to cancel the other room, so i suggested to give us more time on 602 because we both paid 6 hours of time in each room and they said still not available. the guys started to argue that its not allowed we just better use both room . I'm a hotel supervisor on 5 star hotel and a if guest want to cancel and if i know they didn't use the room i will let them have there money back . i just charge them with a cancelation fee . i don't wanna compare 2 different establishment but still we could had compromise and made a better solution to our problem rather than just saying no. very upsetting...

had to find a place to crash close to home....||||there's only one electric socket-- and it's for the tv... was told they only have more than one socket for the next higher room type-- forgot which it is at the moment....||||soda in can is cold and reasonably priced considering it's a h/motel (Php23).||||can't take kids here.... 2 porn channels are easily accessible and channel assignments are posted on the tv.....||||lighting is poor....||||I love massages and the price here is cheap: 200php/hour.... the massage lady doesn't have a towel with her.... she said we were to use my blanket (migads!!!)-- I booked a two hour massage and the massage knocked me out.... woke up 1pm already!||||you know you're in a love hotel as the lobby has tall benches that hide those waiting for rooms.... ||||the room I got has no windows whatsoever.... there are mirrors on the side for the bigger room illusion (atleast an attempt)||||food: I ordered a chicken barbecue meal and a fruit salad for dessert-- nothing to write...
