2 stars because I liked the sinigang pork ribs I ordered. It was delicious.
Should have been 1 star. Booked through an online website, price was cheap and you get what you pay for I understand BUT asking customers to pay for something that is part of the service you have already paid is a bit outrageous. I booked a deluxe room and when I arrived at the property, they gave me a drive in room (I first thought this was a hotel hotel, not a love motel) but I didn't mind cause I'll be staying there only for a couple of hours and will just need a place to take a nap and a proper shower.
Signs everywhere letting you know that you'll pay for any stains (like blood stains and so on) you make with the towels, bed sheets.. etc.
-AC is really old. Could have been from the 90's. Wasn't that cold. -There's a tv in the room but the remote doesnt work. Oh, they will ask you to pay if you damage the remotes too lol. -Bed sheets has idk, kind of stains or dried blood stains? It was a mess. -Comforter was a bit rough to my skin and itchy, not sure if it's just me having a sensitive skin or they definitely didn't wash or change the beddings. It's probably the latter. -Comfort room and shower is not as clean as it looks in the pictures but tolerable. Shower works fine, water heater doesn't work. -Food is great. The staff is a bit stiff except for the guard and the front desk lady which were nice. -Did I mentioned that there's also mosquitoes inside the room? Yep.
Final judgement is 2 stars. Room was # 115.
If you're looking for cheap place to crash, take a power nap or get a shower and doesn't plan to stay long or is just casually visiting the area, then this place for you.
If you're looking to stay for a while and hoping to have a nice and cozy experience then you better off look...
Read moreArrived at the hotel around 130pm, requested for an early check in because I wasn't feeling well and had a fever. I was not allowed because it is their policy. As I was standing at the front desk, she accomodated and handed a key to another guest. (Why was the other guest allowed?) The front desk staff completely disregarded me and left me standing there. I asked her, "do I at least sign any registration form?" The FO staff Dian Pangilinan said, "no need sir." I was surprised this hotel was even given DOT Accreditation as they don't even have standards. At this point I lost my cool. I told them that if they're going to be strict with their policies (2pm check-in), at least offer a seat or tell the guest what to do (instead of just making them stand clueless at the front desk). I asked for a manager but apparently the FO Supervisor, Shen Yumul, is nowhere to be found. I gave my biz card and advised the FO staff Dian to have Shen call me, but to no avail. No endorsement, no follow through, no customer service orientation, whatsoever. The inly reason we chose this place because of its close proximity to our wedding venue. I will never recommend anyone to stay here, whatever reason or purpose you are looking at staying in the area for.||||The hotel looks and feels like a cheap motel, and its customer service matches...
Read moreCheck in was ok- front desk staff were cheery and quite efficient.||The restaurant however was terrible service wise. Several staff were behind the bar by the entrance when we came in. NO ONE SMILED and GREETED US. I had to ask where we can sit to which they replied "anywhere." Our order was taking a bit too long so my staff went up to the cashier/supervisor who responded "you have many orders so it'll take 10 more minutes". The dishes were served without serving spoons, no bowl for the soup and dipping sauce for the main course. WE had to stand up to get our own water, utensils and cups for the soup- the bowls came LATE. The staff never smiled nor did they check on us. We did not feel welcome at all. The lady cashier (long hair) was especially unfriendly- no smile, no apology, no response to our requests. It wasn't like they were busy that night. We were only one of TWO tables occupied that time and they were about 6 staff members doing nothing behind the counter. It was terribly disappointing. I hope management is aware how much they need to improve their...
