Of I could give a negative rating about this store I wouldve given it already. Nothing to do with their food but with their customer service. I have been a reviewer for how many years now and this is the first time that Im at a lost on what to say. To say Im disappointed doesnt even sum it up. What happen was we had our dinner yesterday. Me and my family arrive there at around 6pm. We had our fill and then some of my relatives came in late. They arrive at around 7:40PM. They (the management) accepted them and we paid the regular price but boy was I in for a surprise!. First off, since it must be near their closing time (they close at 8pm) the dishes were not refilled, but thats fine with us. What was wrong was that they are already doing their cleaning and they even turn off the surrounding lights except where we are seated. They even wait for us to finish our dinner (considering that they have no problem accepting the paymeny for my relatives who came in at around 7:40PM) I mean whats with waiting for a little while for us to finish before doing those closing stuff? I dont mean to be rude but hey we pay full price for everything the least that they can do is to have us finish our meal. Im not asking for more, but is this really how they treat their customers? They have no problem accepting our payment. They couldve informed us that they are no longer accepting walk ins as it is already near their closing time. But no! They took the payment and then proceed in showing us their worst customer service. So yeah, if you want to experience the same as what we have experience, feel free to have your...
Read moreOrdered baked camote for takeaway, having tried this before and was a hit in the family Waited a few minutes, and when my order came, one of the female staff at the cashier/"front desk" whispered something to the male server who took my order back to the kitchen. I thought they were just wrapping it in the kitchen, but when it came out several minutes later, it was not wrapped but was instead wrapped at the cashier. When I checked, one or two of the containers strangely contained less than the third. When I asked why it was brought back to the kitchen the female staff said "may durog kasi" which is strange because I saw her immediately talk to the server who brought it out and she didn't even take a look at the containers to notice the quality of the camote pieces inside. What she didn't know was I could see them from the buffet area seemingly scooping something out of the containers. The excuse of another staff was that each container had more than the supposed weight, which I also found strange because the male server who brought it out the first time was ready to have my order wrapped then. While this action of "pilfering" from a customer's order may not put a dent on his/her wallet, it is still cheating on the part of the staff, and this needs to be corrected. I just hope that this is not common practice among the resto's staff, as dishonesty is never good for this kind of business (or anywhere for that matter). I don't think I'd trust them with my food...

• Service: Smooth since they have a system and are used to the number of customers coming in. Just a downside in any buffet is when they ran out of particular food choices. At that time, it happened that their bestsellers (tempura, lechon kawali, and sisig) ran out so I heard a customer complaining since they should’ve anticipated that. Good thing about it is that the staff were quick to attend to the needs and I saw how they try their best to be as efficient as possible.
• Food- a lot of choices! Example: papaitan, kare-kare, shrimp and vegetable tempura, humba, boiled okra, fried kangkong, ampalaya salad, pipino salad, salted egg, fish escabeche, fried tiwilis, fruits, halo-halo (ube, mashed beans, sago, sweetened banana). They also have coffee and varieties of juice
• Fave- lechon kawali with vinegar to balance the fats, atchara, okra with salted egg, tomato, and bagoong, papaitan, and fried tawilis.
• Location- easy to find, parking’s not a problem since they offer free valet parking
• Value for money: 👍👍👍 3/3
• Overall:...
