We experienced bad service from an LGBTQ receptionist in this hotel.. before we went in tuguerarao we already booked a room for 4 people, but when we arrived the receptionist gave us the wrong room, we did not complaint because we understand that sometime other costumers are extending their stays, when we went to our room one bed was for 1 pax and the other bed was for 2 pax, the bathroom was very narrow and u can't even fit in the wash area there was no mirror in the room or even in the bathroom so we used our phones, once again we did not complain because they might have forgotten it, when we used the towels it smells like it wasnt even washed but then again we did not complain because we understand, we book our room for 24 hours the receptionist said and ask us to pay a thousand for early payment for extention for every hour and the first hour is free but the next extending hour is not, we said alright we understand, when me and my companions went for our business meeting it was raining we ask for the service boy to guide us outside the hotel because it was our first time in that area but he only point the area and then stops in everytime someone makes conversations to him and when we ask him something he just nods....our boss was left in the room, they called at around 12 lunch saying that we need to evacuate cause someone needed the room but our boss said we will extend the receptionist called for 5 times every after 5.mins asking our boss to leave the room, our boss was at its limit saying that we will extend by the hour because there was a free extend of the time, mind you that we booked the room for 24 hours and the time we book at the hotel was 1am in the morning so we have time until the next day!!!!!... then when our boss said that we will extend the gay or lgbtq receptionist whent to our room knocking agrily at our room asking us to get out because someone really needs the room!.... then our boss at its limit said that no problem for the payment we need to extend because we did not get back yet, and there was still a free hour left, when we arrived back at the hotel we packed our bags and went to the receptionist to ask for the reimbursement of the 1 thousand payment they ask us for the extention, we didnt argue we just ask for the out of the room because we understand that sometimes the service are really bad they might have bad day.. but when we look back at the receptionist he or she (the gay or lgbtq) made face looking at us like we are disgusting people!!!! Omg... thats not the service we need in that kind of environment mind you that we are tourist in that place we are respecting their ways and lives but we didnt get even an ounce of...

Stayed from Apr 1 to Apr 3 . Booked a family room for 7 pax which was seperated from the main building and located by the pool. It was 3200 php per night with no breakfast included.||||After checkin, we head to the room and wanted to use the toilet of course! But there was no water in the sink. Made me feel suspicious. Called the front desk and said that a bell man will come to check. When he came - he simply asked where/ which area had no water and i told him that the sink had no water. He didnt do anything actually and just went in the toilet and look at the sink and said " because we just turned on the water supply, so it will need time" and left. ||||The pool water was dirty and during midnight i saw the staff just adding more chlorine into the pool instead of actually cleaning it. ||||On Apr 2, came back to the hotel at around 00:30 ( 30 min pass midnight ). I wanted to take a shower but came to find out there was no shower coming from the shower nor the sink in the toilet again. Asked my cousin to call the front desk but after 20 min, there was still no water. It was getting late so i called the front desk again and she said she will let a bellman come. He came and my parents and uncle was asleep already and i asked why is there no water and he just explained that there are other users and i asked him " other users at this early morning?", he said yes. And i even asked if they turned off our water supply - he said "no" and left. Im paying and the room have no proper water supply.... how ridiculous!||||Apr 2 around lunch time, my family went out and we came back in the evening, finding our room is still dirty. No one even came to remove the rubbish. I saw in the frontdesk that if you need housekeeping service there was additional charges but hello ?! Removing the rubbish are still needed daily right? ||||The shower room was really old and dirty, as if the staff had no bones cleaning it. By the way it is like a shower steam sauna room which is scary to use due to lack of water supply.||||The room i booked was for 7 pax, but unfortunately we had a free use of KTV for 2 hours with a consumption of 500php for 4 Pax only - funny promotion. ||||I dont recommend this hotel. There are far more better hotels you can stay with a good price and...

Misleading information it says check-in time is 12noon but the staff said 2pm so we had to pay extra charge of 200.00 since we have kids and wanted to get settled in already. Staffs were not that accommodating. We had to carry luggages of our own from car park to the 3rd floor. Room 300 was the best Family room they have I assumed since they didnt offer anything else.We paid 3680.00. Room was made of two rooms before I think and they had just removed the wall between to make it bigger. There were three matrimonial beds and one single bed. There was what looked like a kitchen counter before with sink that has no water. It was not cleaned since I can feel dirt and grime under my feet when i removed my shoes. Good thing there were some hygiene kits. There's a mini fridge that didnt work as a fridge since it didnt do anything to the melted chocolated that we had with us. Bathroom is small. Water is scarce. We had to request for a pail and tabo to make pondo of tubig in case the kids will need some at the middle of the night. AC is a thousand years old, not cold. We told the staff about it she suggested that we turn on the two ceiling fans that were there. Towels were grayish and not white. Signs of usage. And it was noisy since they were renovating. Why would they accept guests if those guests can not rest very well because of the noise? More money. I would not recommend this hotel for families. Not...

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. We stayed there with my family for 2 nights and our room was assigned to their annex building which is currently constructed. Entrance to the annex build was absurd and you have to use the PWD ramp because of its ongoing construction. Their workers stays inside the annex building which already invaded our privacy. They even make a loud music during the night, worst, drinks overnight and catcalling some guests. It was supposed to be fun experience knowing the climate was not becoming but was ruined with such atmosphere. Staff was accommodating to most of our request but I guess its the management that should make some adjustments especially on delivering better services to its guests. I read some reviews already complaining on faucets that are already damaged and was being charged to their guests. And I guess we're lucky enough not to be charged too. Still, looking forward for its development on the future as more and more construction is coming into fruition.

While the lobby looks very lively, rooms are too small, just 3-4 steps with the open space left. Their room size approx 18sqm has beds for 3 adults making the space too cramped. This room size should only have one double bed at the most. Some rooms have no windows (3 out of 4 of us have no windows in our rooms). There is no sound proofing as you can clearly hear flushing from next rooms. The aisle going to the rooms is too small and looks like one meter wide only. The food/chips need to be replaced, some were nearing expiration in a few days, one was actually expired. Movement inside the very small comfort room is also limited or you'll bump into the lavatory or toilet bowl. Power fluctuated several times during our stay and we heard loud banging noises in our rooms when (probably) the genset turned on. There was no emergency lights in the room. The 2 stars are for the staff who were friendly and to the bed that has thick cushion.

Stayed here from the evening of August 14 to the noon of August 15. They have 12 hour rates which was great and their staff were very friendly, they let me leave my baggage and my bagnet in their fridge even after I checked out. I came back to pick those up about 5 or so hours after I checked out. They also accept gcash and card payments which is great. They are very near the GV Florida bus terminal and they have a cafe and even a ktv room. Their wifi in the lobby and even in the rooms are fast and consistent. They have towels, toothpaste, shampoo, soap and disposable tootbrush neatly packed in a ziplock container. Only drawback is I can hear the tv from the next room. They have 2 bottled waters in the room. Other than needing a bit of soundproofing and a few mosquitos, everything else was great because the aircon was cool and the bed covers are thick enough. Room 181 has a bathtub and hair dryer.
