I need to pay an extra charge for a room that we didn't use. 😔

Transactions were not smooth, there was a lot of confusion (really a lot). They don't have probing questions to clear things out. I thought all was set up but I ended up paying an extra to have peace of mind so I can enjoy the rest of our stay at this hotel.

Very hospitable place to stay. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. There is refrigerator, electric kettle and tea cups, toiletries and even slippers. Bathroom could be bigger though.
