Symphony Baltica Towers — Hotel in Gdansk

😀 Location, transport availability, staff. The building is pretty fresh and looks nice and modern. Keycard access is easy. Checkin/checkout is fast. The Wi-Fi was good.

☹️ There was some dirt on mirrors and table. The fridge was excessively noisy. There were smoking neighbours, and the smell penetrated even through closed balcony door. The apartment is not really comfortable if it is hot outside as it gets hot inside really quick, and there's no air conditioning. There were two elevators only, and often they were very busy. No tablets are provided for the washing machine by default, but the staff gives those on demand. The sofa was squeaky. There was no floor towel for stepping out of the shower box. The on-wall watches were dead. No shelf in the shower box for shampoo/soap. The shower head switch was...

From my many visits to Gdańsk I enjoyed my stay here the most. I really recommend booking through their website rather than third party apps and websites, it will be cheaper. I read some of the reviews before coming and I do believe they aren’t completely true, maybe the place was dirty before but when I asked about it they have said they improved on their cleanliness and I saw it first hand, the heating is great which some people complain about but from what I saw it was great and you can choose how powerful the heaters are in each room depending on your choice. Spędziliśmy w apartamencie w Gdańsku kilka nocy. Wróciliśmy dziś. Widok z apartamentu boski ! lokalizacja ekstra - spacerkiem do plaży 20 max 30 minut. Sam apartament przepiękny, wyposażenie na wysokim poziomie (apartament 1008- 10 piętro ) Kontakt z recepcją bardzo dobry, służą pomocą w każdej sprawie. Podczas Naszego pobytu nie działo się nic niepokojącego , żadnych alarmów i ewakuacji. Do dyspozycji na terenie obiektu bezpłatnie sauna , kort tenisowy oraz siłownia. Zdecydowanie polecam ! My na pewno tam wrócimy ;-)
