Wow I was very impressed by this place and the staff - the customer service and hospitality is A+. Being a Marriott member to be honest I wasn't too familiar with Element however I'm really glad I found this place and stayed for a whole week. First of all the rates was excellent and there was a complimentary breakfast that was very elaborate, it had everything you could imagine. I was honestly full throughout breakfast and lunch and was able to save my money for nice cafes and dinner instead.
Being a brand new hotel too, the rooms were very clean and the bed felt almost brand new. I typically don't even sleep well at hotels but slept like a baby here. The hotel is also tucked away and very quiet. Some of the Uber drivers had to circle around to find it. There is however a tram nearby just walk past the tunnel and also a small train station next to it. So I was able to get to the old town and explore almost everyday. I would definitely be back.
The only recommendations I had for management was perhaps move the gym to a smaller empty room somewhere, it doesn't need to be big. The common area is perhaps best for a common area such as TV events and meeting people or lounging around. The gym would otherwise be underutilized. Also if the TVs can have the netflix app by default would be great. I am able to login and log out of netflix at most Marriotts...
Read moreWe are here now & are absolutely loving our stay. It is convenient (location wise) for us. The rooms are large & spacious (we are utilising the sofa bed which does not detract from the room size). There is a kitchen area with everything you need - coffee machine, hob, fridge, toaster etc. the walk in shower is large and airy. Plenty of towels & heated towel rail. The beds are the real win (like sleeping on clouds!!). Great rooms, super clean, fantastic breakfast (which is included). Generous and varied. Home made smoothies, fresh breads, salad, cold cuts, yoghurt, fruit salad. Help yourself coffee machine. They also have a laundry room that you can use at your leisure. Very smart & high tech. But our favourite thing of all, must be the staff. The friendliest & most helpful team I’ve come across. Every single person is a 10/10. You don’t need to stay in the city or old town to enjoy Wroclaw. It’s peaceful here in the Business Garden area. 20-25PLN in a Bolt to the old town (£4 or $6). They have a courtyard to enjoy the sunshine with a drink or bite to eat. Highly recommend. Thank you for looking after us… special shout out to...
Read moreI stayed at Element by Westin in Wroclaw for a couple of weeks and had a really great experience. The place is clean and very well kept, with a modern and comfortable atmosphere.
There are bicycles available to rent, which is perfect for exploring the city, and if you prefer, Lime scooters are just around the corner. The breakfast is excellent, there's a wide variety of food, mostly fresh and home-style products, and the timing is generous so you never have to rush. The menu is affordable, and my favourite was definitely their flatbread.
Laundry facilities are convenient, with machines offering language options, and the same goes for the TV. Cleaning is scheduled every three days, which worked well for me. The tea they serve is fantastic, and there's also a 24-hour coffee machine, which was a big plus.
Special mention to Hubert, who was great and very generous during my stay, he really made the experience more welcoming.
Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay in Wroclaw....
