Ohh! Sushi&Grill — Restaurant in Wrocław

The service in this Restaurant is embarrassing in the full extent. As the used dishes of the previous guests have even not been cleaned by the waitresses even after serving our Food (see attached Picture), we asked them whether they could please clean the table before we start eating. The waitresses were laughing about our request and refused to clean the table. After additional 10 minutes of waiting we asked them a second time to please clean the table and were in return offended by the waitresses. Irrespective of our 2nd complaint one waitress only cleaned 50% of the dirty dishes wherefore I put the rest on Restaurant floor. I am wondering whether they meanwhile tidied it up. The quality of the food was ok, but any positive feeling about this Restaurant is heavily ruined by its employees. We will give this Restaurant a wide birth in future. We felt disgusted by the service performance and I informed that waitress that I will raise a complaint to the Management - I will do so. This is not my first time visiting this sushi restaurant in the Magnolia shopping center, and once again, I’m truly impressed. The food is always fresh and full of flavor. We started with steamed dumplings – soft, delicate, and simply perfect. Then we chose three different sushi sets, and each one was unique, beautifully presented, and delicious. The service was excellent – friendly, quick, and attentive. Despite the restaurant being almost full, we didn’t wait long for our order. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. The interior has a pleasant Asian-style design that adds to the cozy atmosphere.
