There are constant problems in the dormitory. First of all, the air conditioning problem, although we said that the air conditioners were insufficient for 3 months, the problem that was not corrected was eventually corrected, but many students were victimized for months and became ill. The internet problem in the dormitory is yes, the year is 2023 and you can get a maximum download speed of 50mb and 862 ping in this dormitory, it is truly incredible. Another problem is the design of the rooms. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen location is nice, but it is so poorly designed, you can't believe it, there are shelves everywhere, even above your head, and it is very unusable, and they put a huge 3-shelf thing in your average 18 square meter room (I say "thing" because it takes up a lot of useless space and I really don't know its name), and the items are also extremely poor quality. For example, the springs of the beds are of poor quality, they sink, when you touch the walls they either break or leave marks, it is impossible to sit in the chair they provide for more than 30 minutes, it is harmful to your back health. And I'm not even talking about the area called the gym, it's so funny. There are very rare and not nice events in terms of entertainment in the dormitory (in the dormitory I stayed in last year, there were many parties since we were generally 18-25 years old, but you can bake wonderful cookies in this dormitory). Living here has been nothing but regret. They advertise this place as modern and student-friendly, but the reality is far from it.

The internet is absolutely terrible. It's nearly impossible to attend online classes, do projects, or even watch a simple video without constant disconnections. The finance department feels like it's trying to scam students. They sent me a rent invoice higher than my actual rent. I emailed them, they said they would fix it, and then they sent two separate 90 PLN late fee charges! Now They are saying they won't delete the fees!! There is no authorized staff on-site to sign official documents. Getting any paperwork done is a nightmare. There are zero social events. No effort is made to build a community or offer activities for students. The service you receive is unbelievably poor for the price you pay. No security cameras on the floors or in the laundry room. Anyone can walk in through the lower entrance—there’s no control at all. Washing and drying your clothes costs 20 PLN per load. Broken equipment in the gym stays broken. No maintenance, no repairs. When someone cooks in the kitchen, my whole room smells like food. I have to keep my window open all the time just to breathe. Management is unresponsive and doesn't take student complaints seriously. They either ignore you or give vague, empty answers.

Overall, this place is nowhere near worth the money they charge. You're better off finding a small apartment or literally any other student accommodation...
