Hotel Comendador — Hotel in Bombarral

Very clean. TVs are from the 90s. Phones didn't work. Not sure why they were even there. The breakfast was terrible. The coffee urn was filled with watery instant coffee. The manager was overbearing in a negative way. There were issues brought to my attention that would never have been in any other hotel I've ever stayed, in any city in the U.S. or Europe. The manager's tone was that of a mother-in-law who resented our visit. She seemed not to like us. It made our stay very unpleasant. This stay was due to my mother's funeral, which she was aware of. The last thing I needed was someone splitting hairs about petty little things. The toiletries were cheap like the ones you get in low-rent motels. Mi experiencia en el hotel comendador de Bombarral ha sido bastante buena. Se trata de un hotel sencillo, posee una zona de cafetería y comedor y está ubicado en un pueblito bastante tranquilo ( el cual no tiene muchos espacios de interés) Lo que puedo decir es que el servicio ha sido bastante bueno, han sido amables y correctos. En cuanto a la comida y la cena, no ha sido lo mejor, con un primero que suele ser una sopa típica de verduras y un segundo que es ensalada, arroz o patatas, y alguna carne. En el desayuno ponen algo de embutidos, pan, bollería (podría ser un poco más completo). En cuanto a la habitación, bien, las camas son cómodas, las almohadas un poco pequeñas, disponíamos de mantas pero no hay nevera. Un aspecto a destacar es que el baño de la habitación estaba adaptado a personas con dificultades de movilidad. Todo estaba bastante limpio, había algo de polvo en los muebles, pero aceptable. Si bien es cierto, el lugar donde está ubicado, tampoco da mucho juego, hay algunas cafeterías cerca, algún cajero (hay un Santander) pero tampoco es que haya muchos espacios de interés que amenicen al hotel.
