Good food. But there was this lady in the customer service that was very very very rude and uneducated. Next time I go there and get spoke like that again Im calling her manager and writting a complaint.

she has only one job, serving and being polite. My partner isn't portuguese and tried to call me so I could speak in portuguese with her and she treated him as if he was being incovenient and a nuissance. He could have been thoughtless and spoke with her in English which she wouldn't be able to understand and reply back. However, he was trying to help her.

We have been visiting O Pao since it first opened. The staff are friendly and the food has always been good. Last week we went for lunch, but it felt different. We didn't feel as comfortable as we usually do. We ordered bread and pate for starter to share, and some drinks. The bread arrived very quickly, but within minutes our main was on the table also. We felt rushed and it spoiled our lunch. My husband left most of his because the way the food was almost thrown at us put him off. It was a definite 'get them in and get them' out feeling. We cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. We had the great pleasure of visiting here for lunch, coffee, and dinner on numerous occasions throughout the month of August and every time we found it excellent. The food was superb as there is something for everyone on the menu - fish, salads, chicken, steak etc. We particularly loved the bitqoue de Frango and the bacalhau com natas 👌.
