Absolutely do not recommend! I arrived in mid Aug 2022, and called up the only person at their customer service line because we had no instructions as to how to enter the building. Not only was he incredibly rude, cutting me off mid sentence, and speaking to me condescendingly, but his only solutions for us when I called to ask about getting building access, despite having paid was to pay an additional $20 deposit through the email link he would soon send to me. We waited there nearly an hour in the heat of noon sun for this email that never came. After my second phone call with him he quit answering the phone altogether.

I have failed to receive any follow ups from bookings.com nor from the establishment with any sort of explanation. He even refused to confirm the email address, simply saying "It's the one you used for your booking."

If he intended to send us an email he would have asked for a secondary email address or at least confirm the one he's supposedly sending to. Dishonest business.

Booking.com should be held accountable for allowing such money-grab to continue to run on their website.

This B&B is the biggest scam! Before I arrived I had to pay a deposit of € 80,-, which has never been totally refunded. During the check in, my entire stay and the check out there has not been anyone present at the location. Everything was done by phone. Therefore they would deduct the city tax (€ 4,- in total) of my deposit. But instead, they paid back only a part of the deposit. I have send them a few emails, whatsapp messages and tried to call them. The only answer I got was that the city tax was deducted and after that I got blocked and ignored. It's not okay to scam customers like that! Also the breakfast was really poor. Literally only bread, a few slices of cheese and ham. Nothing else. On the second day there was not even any bread left when I wanted to have breakfast in the morning. Furthermore the room was really noisy and they are building new rooms next to this one so you are in constant noise of the construction during the day. Absolutely terrible experience, better avoid and look elsewhere!! The checkin process is absolutely the worst ever. There is no physical reception, everything is done via Whatsapp. Beforehand you have to complete a 11 pages travelform that takes forever (which we actually received very late, at 4pm of our arrival day). Additionally, besides the full amount for your stay you have to pay a deposit of 80€ in advance. Checkin hours are very fixed. Our flight was delayed and we weren’t able to get into the room anymore eventhough we prepared everthing timely for the checkin and adviced the staff way in advance. The customer service/support in that case was not helpful at all and very arrogant. The communication was very confrontative from the owner‘s side and generally very bad. For me definitely no professionalism at all. Very sad to make such an experience in a such wonderful city. For future guests I can only leave one advice: Definitely avoid...
