Hotel Neptuno — Hotel in Peniche

We stayed here for 5 nights, should have been 6 but our travel arrangements let us down, not at the fault of the hotel.|The hotel is nice and the rooms we had were really nicely decorated and new looking. The place was really clean.|There are bikes and some go karts for the kids to ride around the grounds on, which is a really good idea.|The pool is small but nicely sized for the amount of people staying at the hotel.|Breakfast was good - a buffet type with a range from cereals, toast, eggs, pancakes and even cakes(if you are into that type of thing for breakfast ha ha)|The staff were helpful and friendly but didn’t speak much English between them.|Very Portuguese but that was fine by us.|The lounging area was comfortable and the decor was fresh there too.|There is a pool table and table tennis too, which the kids enjoys throughout the stay.|Would highly recommend and would...

Just perfect! Starting with the fantastic price we absolutly loved it all. The whole hotel is so cleaned and tidy. The entrance makes u feel ur entering a 5 star luxurious hotel. The decoration is modern and appealing. The pool is huge and the water is just at the right temperature. The room is more than enough with a huge and confy bed and a huge bathroom. It seems that everything is brand new. The breakfast was great despite the covid factor. The staff was realy thoughtful. Theres a few dogs and a cat that are lovely and so friendly. Theres also some birds and two fish tanks filled with beautiful fish. I certainly will return here a few more times. This is the place you can have the proper rest holidays, a place where you can feel you are at home, from all the staff making your stay very pleased, need to mention the 5** service from Ms Luisa were she make the honour to show the room explain all the services and amenities in the Hotel, Ms Susana always very helpful to help when requested, Ms Catarina in the breakfast always smiling, even when she was finished in the late shift day before, Mr Oscar very friendly lad always busy and all the staff were very Friendly and helpful.
