Facing Bay Hostel — Hotel in Praia da Vitória

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Facing Bay Hostel is a clean, modern, well run hostel and I can definitely recommend it with five stars.

The beds are clean and comfy, the bathrooms large and clean, the hotel itself has a kitchen, washer, common area, and everything you might need. It is also right next to the beach, so great location!

I was warmly welcomed when I came and was treated so well, given great advice on where to go and what to do, and I even got help booking a taxi for the airport. You tell that there is true care for the guests at this place.

Everything is beautifully decorated, the rooms have amazing views of the beaches and the coastline, and the service is impeccable. My friend and I stayed here for four nights. It was perfect! It is clean, located right by the beach and by lots of places to eat and drink, and owned by a wonderful couple. They made us feel like family. We were treated very kindly, and I can't wait to come back some day. Hopefully very soon. :) If you are going to Terceira, this is a perfect place to base yourself.
