Decent, not great. Prices a little too high for the quality of service. I have spent seven nights here, on two different occasions, both during winter. The reception staff was very nice and helpful. Underground parking lot. Free WiFi in all areas. The rooms were decent and tidy but some details were not. In two separate mornings out of seven, there was NO hot water at the shower before breakfast. Room cleaning was somehow superficial. Dust had never been wiped off the bathroom radiator. The shaving mirror had only one side cleaned, the other side had old thick smudged shaving cream fingerprints. I turned it so the dirty side will be visible. It took three days until the cleaning team managed to see it and get it cleaned, although not very well. The drains from the sink and from the shower were clogged and water would drain away very slowly, and they never fixed that during my stay. While fixing it myself at the shower tub, I found some long black hair in the drain, meaning this wasn't checked on a regular basis even between different customer stays. They had in the bathroom the classic sign regarding detergent consumption and Mother Earth, however despite me always putting the towels on the radiator, they changed them with new towels every day. The new towels always had a strong smell of hospital disinfectant. One day the cleaning team forgot the window open for many hours until I returned, so the air in the room was very fresh but as cold as the winter outside. The TV set was Smart TV but not connected to the internet. It had a lot of channels but more than half of them were only displaying "content scrambled", therefore for changing the channel to the next one, you should first pass through a number of scrambled channels. Outside the room, there were also some details that were not noticed by the staff, for example a 10x10cm splash of spilled coffee on the stairs between the 3rd and 4th floor that stayed there all week. The food in the restaurant was of poor quality and the leftovers from the breakfast were reused for the lunch dishes. The furniture in the conference rooms was worn and I have heard complaints from the ladies that they damaged their clothes because of the furniture. The coffee breaks at the conference rooms included always the same pastries with fruit jam, so I heard trainers complaining they were tired of the same dish over and over again. Overall the stay was decent but certainly not worth five stars.

Worst Hotel ever So if you intend to work in the room or just to get a decent temperature, or if you hope to get internet or your room done, don't go there... After I managed to understand that the key card had to be inserted a certain way in the light slot (had to wait 15 minutes for a technician since reception did not share this secret), I discovered that the airco was barely breathing... not enough to fight the hot and humid climate. Even if internet is advertised in the rooms, room 112 "was too far", which was bad luck for me. Besides the very interesting constellation of toilet paper/brush holder, which did not manage to fulfill either duty, I was not impressed by the service. I worked until noon in my room, before going to s meeting. The more I worked, the hotter it got... silly me, how could I expect the airco to work in the morning? It was cut off until 15.00... Even asking tip make up my room, why did I expect that it would have been done? So I managed to coax 1 towel from the night receptionist, but that was it. I have no clue where they got the 5 stars from, but probably not from real guests.

The hotel is situated quite close to the metro and to other means of public transport. That’s the only upside. My room was clearly not cleaned very thoroughly. It was dusty and the towels had weird stains on them. There was hair around the bathroom sink. The bathroom and the air vent by the wardrobe had signs of water damage on the ceiling. The shower was moldy, the sliding doors could never be fully closed and the shower head was leaking from the sides. Water from the tap smelled of old pipes, especially when it was warm. The bathroom was just overall dirty and unpleasant to use. The walls were very thin, to the point that I could hear my neighbor showering/using the toilet/moving around their room. I could also hear a party that was going on 3 floors below my room. As well as constant noises from the street at all times. The room was also awfully stuffy and warm (in December), even though the radiator and the AC were off.

I stayed in this hotel from 26 June - June 2, 2022 on an official trip. Since we had to choose a reasonably budget hotel near University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest (UPB), this seems like a suitable choice from the internet search. Even though the reviews were not all in favor, but the price seemed good. My personal verdict about the hotel is as following:||Pros: ||- Reasonably priced||- Excellent location; right opposite to 'Carrefour' superstore and a mini mall||- 10 minutes walk to University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest (UPB) ||- Neat and clean||- Decent breakfast for a budget hotel||- Only 5 mins drive away from AFI mall, one of the best malls of Bucharest||- 5 mins walk to Metro station||- Tram line is right in front (even though I didn't get a chance to ride)||||Cons:||- No complementary drinking water bottle provided. I have stayed at least in 20 different hotels worldwide, every single one of them provided complementary water bottles; minimum 2, some provided as many required. I am not sure if it is a culture of this part of the world or not; but the price of the water bottle is so nominal that it could have been easily incorporated in the room rent. Hotel management should definitely think about it. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, so, replenishing the bottles should not be an issue.||- Serious issue: The hotel management must do something about the corners of the bed in the room. Since the size of room is just enough, I scarred myself almost 3-4 times in those corners. If only the mattress is slightly bigger, they could easily cover the corners and solve this problem. Seriously!||- No nametag on the items of breakfast menu. Majority of the hotels post the name of the food because the guests can be from any part of the world and may be sensitive to some foods. ||- No room service menu in the room.||- At times, the hotel seemed understaffed. ||- No waste bin inside room. Only one in...

after seeing the pictures of the hotel rooms, which look to me very spacious and comfort, at a very reasonable price, I decided to go for it and to book 3 nights. ||||in practice, the room which i got was big and nice as I saw in the pictures but||it was not comfort at all. the mattress was very bad compared to the world class standard, possible it was too old or very poor quality mattress.||the air conditioner wasn't powerful enough to cool the room in the hot summer.||||the electricity motion detector in the corridor disconnected the lights every 5 seconds and so, while I was waiting to the elevators I needed to 'dance' so the electricity motion detector would not turn off the lights until the elevators arrive. ||||after my first night the housekeeping decided to pass my room, though I||take off the "do not disturb" note after 11 a.m.||the breakfast was good.||||the bottom line: it seems to me that this hotel management make everything||possible to cut expenses but they crossed the line between smart savings||to bad maintenance and poor hospitality, so It would be better for the hotel to...
