Panorama Deluxe Residence Aparthotel — Hotel in Cluj Metropolitan Area

I stood here for 6 months and I don’t recommend it for long term rent. The only reason is because the owner cares more about his apartments/building than his clients. These are just some of the things you are not allowed to do or happened to me.. : You are not allowed to give access to food delivery into the building. You are not allowed with people into the building or to guest friends over the night, I’ve been asked to throw out a friend who came from another town (after a long dispute he was allowed at the end to stay but he added extra pay for utilities..) At the end of the contract he checked the room and requested extra pay for wall painting, for some minor stains on the walls that were there from the start (I didn’t had any proof that I wasn’t to blame since I didn’t make any picture from the start of the rent and also didn’t requested to add these minor walls degradation into the verbal process that I signed..) I even had to pay the light bulbs...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Deluxe Residence, the building itself is modern and elegant, offering top-notch amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool. The fitness center was well-equipped. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with any questions. Their hospitality truly made a difference, adding a personal touch to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in Cluj-Napoca. I would definitely return...

Am locuit aici 1 an, nici nu imi vine sa cred cum am reușit. Locația e ok, făceam in jur de 25 de min pe jos pana în centrul Clujului. Apartamentul arată bine, poate fi privit cu siguranță ca unul luxos. Dar cu ce preț? Plăteam 450€ chirie lunar, iar cheltuielile… absolut horror! În lunile de iarnă, ca fată singură, ajungeau și la 900 de lei. Nu am primit niciodată o factură referitoare la acestea, ci doar documente excel în care uneori erau trecute cheltuieli extra. Primeam tabele lunar cu situația de pe luna trecută și situația de pe luna curentă. Diferența între cele două era suma mea de plată pe luna respectivă. Am pățit să mi se treacă în partea cu cheltuieli pentru luna anterioară mai mult. Noroc ca am început să verific , mi se părea enorm. Proprietarul avea niște cerințe super dubioase. Dacă îmi comandam mâncare , curierul nu putea intra în bloc , nu avea voie… ca cică deranja ??? O dată la două luni eram obligată să îmi scot toate lucrurile din dulapuri și să le pun pe pat ca să facă doamna de la curățenie “curat temeinic… sigur, era doar modalitatea lui de a verifica toți chiriașii. Îmi lua extrem de mult timp să scot totul (repet, TOTUL) de pe toate rafturi ca mai apoi, la finalul zilei să trebuiască să le rearanjez la locul lor. Ce om normal face asta??? De asemenea, trebuia să plătesc doamna de la curățenie cu 100 de lei/luna, cheltuiala obligatorie. Aș fi putut foarte bine să îmi fac curat singură, dar nu… asta era politica. Vă rog citiți contractul foarte cu atenție, efectiv e foarte bine făcut, nu prea poate fi contestat. Iar despre proprietar… niciun cuvânt de lauda. Mi-a dat impresia unui bărbat fără principii, fără scrupule care trata tinerele ca și mine cu un dispreț enorm. El tratează în general chiriașii pe termen lung cel puțin cu o aroganță și un dispreț de neimaginat… NU RECOMAND DELOC! Poate pentru perioade scurte e ok, dar în rest nu faceți...
