Guci — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

We have been here before and here we are, at our third stay at the Guci Hotel already. This time, with our newborn baby.||We had booked some other more modern hotel, which was closer to the beach, but eventually, we changed our mind and ended up here.||We had booked a double room, but they were kind enough to provide us with an apartment. We asked for a baby bed and received it. I have the utmost respect for this kind of generosity and will to do anything to please the guests. ||What we like most about the hotel is the breakfast area with the terrace from where you can see the sea. Pay attention to seagulls though. They are fun to watch, but they always hungry and never shy to steal the food from your plate. ||Our baby was the center of attention everywhere around the hotel. The ladies working there made her smile every time. ||So thank-you, Guci Hotel, for the kindness. We will always return there, even though it may not be the most modern hotel...

This hotel is placed very central, 10 minutes walking distance to Old City. It has a free parking area (large – around 10 – 12 parking places there and in front of the hotel). It’s a classic 3* hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and with a very good position. Rooms are clean, furniture in new, bathroom is ok, but clean. Breakfast is standard for 3*, but you have enough options. Staff is very friendly.||||Breakfast restaurant has a terrace at 6th floor and the view is just fine. ||||As a tip, if possible ask for rooms X3 and X4 (like 43 and 44). They are right on the middle of the building and are the quiest. A quiet hotel in a quiet street, yet right in the centre of the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable, nicely decorated in warm colours. Basic toiletries are provided.||There is a small, cosy restaurant on the sixth floor and in the summer you can have your breakfast on the terrace, watched by seagulls you will steal your bread and everything else on your plate if you leave it unattended. If you want an early coffee or a late tea you can make them in the room - you'll find a kettle and coffee/tea bags in the cupboard.
