Review of a weekly business traveller ||This hotel is rated as 4 star||What makes it 4 star ||- beautiful hotel , absolutely stunning , rooms are huge , incredibly clean and well laid out ||- Location is stunning , close to the beach and great places for food ||- Breakfast setting is really nice ||- DAY staff, the older brunette lady was wonderful , very warm and welcoming ||What does not make this a 4 star ||- The evening staff , a young female ||When I first walked in was sat in reception with her feet up on the desk on the phone I guess to her partner ||I asked for an extra bottle of water for the room she almost tutted and told me to go across the road to the local pub to ask for one , while still on the phone during this conversation ||She also checked me in, didn’t explain anything about the hotel or what’s available, asked for my passport and gave me the key, that was it , I had to even ask what floor my room was on ||4 staff hotel telling guests to go across the road to get a bottle of water is simply not 4 star, there was zero service ||That aside , hotel is really beautiful and the restaurant they have...

I got a Premium Suite on the corner of the building and felt like a king. Plenty of space to work and relax and entertain friends. Beautiful property. Everybody there was so nice too. The minibar was well stocked. Location is great. Very close to both the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants. It actually makes me sad not to give it a perfect rating. The one problem? Literally the firmest mattress I have ever been on in a hotel. It was almost to the point of being painful to sleep on. I know you can never please all guests because some people like firmer mattresses and some people like softer mattresses but it amazes me to think that most guests would enjoy what they currently have. This hotel is phenomenal! We'll worth the price. I stayed here for almost a week and was more impressed everyday. The front desk staff is friendly, accomodating, and speak excellent english. The housekeeping staff kept the room impeccably clean and were very kind to my small dog I was traveling with. The manager even gave me a complimentary bottle of wine after I used the sommelier the night before to help me pick out a nice bottle for dinner. They partner with the Irish Pub across the street to provide room service. The food is delicious and the chocolate croissants are amazing. The coffee can't be beat. They have a valet service which is priceless because parking is very, very difficult in Constanta.
