First of all, I am very happy with the telephone attention and the management of the reservation before arrival at the hotel, as well as the quality of the facilities. When we arrived at the hotel the attention was also careful and although we were surprised to have to pay for the stay in advance, we did so. We went for work and due to an emergency the last night we could not sleep in the hotel and we asked to be reimbursed for that night in the hotel because we had to travel 500kmts to attend to a client. They told us that due to company policy it was not possible but to speak to the person in charge the following day, taking into account the personal/work situation we had.
The next day I called her several times at the hotel reception and she was always in a meeting, finally one of the kind people who attended me gave me the mobile phone number of the person in charge as well as her email address. I spoke to her on the mobile phone and she told me that she was in a meeting and that she would call me back in an hour. After an hour she does not call me back and I write her an email.
Two hours later I called back and he replied saying that the regulations do not allow it but that he would do his best and that he would call me as soon as the meeting was over. From 10am until 11pm at night I did not receive a call back and when I went to reception I asked for the complaint form. They didn't give it to me. They said they didn't have one. They gave me a blank piece of paper. They spoke to the person in charge on the phone. She asked to speak to me when I asked for the complaint form, seeing that I was not standing idly by for an unfair and unprofessionally managed situation. After 45 minutes on the phone she told me that she was sorry but she could not make the refund and that she would give me a claim form. They never gave it to me but they did give me a bottle of champagne which I refused to accept. The next day we had to leave at 3 o'clock in the morning to be on time with a work emergency. The rooms are of good quality, as is the cleanliness and the staff are attentive and diligent. Our company regularly goes to the Constanta area for work, but we will not stay in a hotel where the team leader does not give solutions, does not answer her clients when there is a problem and does not answer emails or phone calls.
So far the attention of the hotel manager has had no response and I was refused a complaint form, I simply wanted to cancel a night for a reason of force majeure. The regulations are there to be complied with and to be adapted according to the client's force majeure needs.

Read moreStayed in a Premium room and in my oppinion this is a very solid 3 star hotel. The reason it doesn't get a rating of 5 from me is only partly the hotel's fault.||The positives: room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, Premium rooms have 2 balconies, in room mini-bar had decent prices, the location is right on the beach, but the most impressive thing was THE VIEW. Premium rooms face the beach and if the morning isn't cloudy you can literally watch the sunrise from the comfort of your own bed!!! Which is awesome in my opinion.||The neutral: breakfast is not included, which means you don't get a free meal, but on the other hand you can sleep late without the fear of missing anything, which is particularly comforting if you set the alarm for 05:15 AM to watch the sunrise and then go back to sleep. ||The negative: due to works being done for extending the beach, the local authorities will only allow setting up the beach with umbrellas and beach bars starting from July 1st, this year. Adding to this the bad weather so far this month, the result was a decreased number of tourists so far. In its own turn, this has lead to a delay in properly refurbishing the hotel rooms for the new season: air conditioning wasn't yet calibrated and didn't give out cool air, some doors in the room had one broken knob (shower door, wardrobe), the shower cabin furniture looked a bit used, TV signal was a bit scrambled and the picture was a bit unclear (which is sad if you want to watch Euro 2021 football or Roland Garros/Wimbledon tennis) and all this gave the impression of used/dated. But it should be easily fixed, I think, with proper attention to detail and will power.||All in all I would definitely consider staying here again, but if/when I do, I would really like to see improvements in the areas...
