The first word that comes into my mind when trying to best describe the rooms I've tried in here in one word is: cosy. Small and warm indeed these rooms are, a sensibly scaled down luxurious style topped-up with a spartan touch restaurant below ground level. I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite receiving a confirmation email for my reservation, they informed me just a few days before my scheduled stay that they needed to cancel it. This last-minute change caused significant inconvenience, as I had to scramble to find alternative accommodations.

This level of unreliability is unacceptable, especially when guests depend on confirmed bookings. While unforeseen circumstances can occur, the hotel’s lack of accountability and proper contingency planning reflects poorly on their service standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a stress-free and dependable experience.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights and although this hotel is classed as 4* it is more a 2.5-3*. However, the price was reasonable and the room, although small had a very comfortable queen size bed and was very clean. The only offputting thing about the room were the mirrors which were behind the bed and then continued above it! The shower room was very small but clean and functional. Breakfast was a standard continental one, although one of the staff members did offer to cook a fresh omelette on one morning.
