Hotel Euphoria — Hotel in Craiova Metropolitan Area

Spent a couple of nights here. Didn't had the chance to see much. The guy at the reception asked us, at the time of our arrival, if we would like breakfast in the morning. We weren't sure at the time and he said we can just show up between 7 and 9 (or at some point around this time; I can't remember exactly). Next day we got there around 8am and he said the breakfast has finished and there's nothing left for us to eat. Ok, no problem, as we weren't 100% we will make it. Later that day I found out that some ppl I know are staying at 1st floor. I have aske them if they had breakfast and they said breakfast wasn't served during that morning. So yeah... great stuff

It's quite an old hotel, as I could tell by the walls that started turning yellow and the ripped bedsheets with holes in them. Details like that needs taking care of. That would increase the comfort of any guest. From the outside looks nice and somehow "well maintained", but please, can someone get rid of the those old, ripped and full of...

The location of the hotel is good, there is parking space, generally it's ok if you need a place to spend the night. The room was big enough, but could be cleaner, the bathroom as well. Old bedsheets with stains and holes in them, dirty shower that doesn't work properly. The A/C unit was practically in one of the beds along with a power outlet - not very safe or comfortable if you need to use that bed. All kinds of noises (including the inappropriate ones) throughout the day and the night. I was woken in the middle of the night by someone shouting and aggressively trying to unlock the door, which left me feeling a bit unsafe. By far the worst thing in our relation with them are:||1.The the hotel employees, I made a reservation for 3 nights in August this year since June, called them on week before the trip was planned to confirm it and when we arrived there they claimed I made the reservation just for two nights..... This implied other costs of the trip of course, not mentioning the bother to move in a different place in such a short time (loosing time, etc.)||2. The shower hose was broken and it took them aprox two hours to change it, also the water was flowing from under the shower cabin.
