I chose this place based on the reviews, but unfortunately, it seems this is the best Craiova has to offer…||- Parking is not listed as paid, but you’re charged on arrival—and it’s not itemized on the invoice. This felt deceptive. I felt I little bit scammed.||- AC unit is extremely loud; it’s impossible to sleep with it on. I recorded the noise, but TripAdvisor doesn’t allow video uploads.||- Noise overall is a big issue: loud music from the bar below, creaky floors, and poor soundproofing—you hear everything from adjacent rooms.||- Breakfast is explained at arrival as being “made on the spot,” but it consists of pre-packaged, pre-plated (cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, juice, dessert). Fabulous! The location is just a minute walk away from the heart of the city. If you are visiting for the Christmas market this is a great place! There is an opportunity for private parking upon request. The room was very clean, warm and spacious! We stayed in 'China'! The hotel is small, family owned and the hosts are great! Very nice breakfast is served, just note that the dining area is limited and that's why you are asked for a preferred time to have breakfast. Coffee is great! This is a small, family owned, hotel, but they sure make you feel welcome. Our room was clean and super spacious l, comfy bed and pillow. Air conditioned rooms, a mini fridge is also available. Breakfast was very good and they also serve good coffee. Parking is available on the premises, inside the small yard, make sure to mention the need of a parking space so they'll save one for you.
