Hotel Parc — Hotel in Craiova Metropolitan Area

The 3 stars Hotel Park is central located, few minutes walk to Mihai Viteazu Square and the city prefecture and dancing fountain. The location is very good if you want to stay in the center and also in a quiet area. The rooms with back garden view are my favorite.||The rooms are spacious with decent furniture and comfortable beds. During my regular stays there it was always clean and the staff was nice, polite and willing to help. ||The bathroom was clean, towels were white. The cleaning is done on daily basis.||There is a mini refrigerator in the room and the fees for the minibar are low. Also the extra services are not expensive. Wireless is available in the rooms and free of charge.||The breakfast is good but not buffet; you have to choose from 10 variants that are not so different. ||As a conclusion I prefer this hotel instead of any other in the city every time I travel there if they have rooms because is close to the centre, have quiet rooms and nice staff. Stayed in July 2015, business.||Great location - right in the center, very good especially for law-relate activities, as all courts from Craiova are near by. ||It's a former 2 star communist hotel, renovated to 3 stars. The rooms are good, although small. New furniture, but not of good quality. ||Plus: location, wifi, a/c, balcony, free safe parking.||Minus: food was horrible, the worst in my life in a hotel. Dirt in the bathroom. ||||The staff was.. not friendly, but they solved everything quick and answered all your question politely. I'm not a people person, so it worked for me.||Would I go again? I hope not, as better hotels are quite close, but the price is real low (I paid about 35 Euro/single room with breakfast), so probably I will go...

I'm staying here often for work. It's inexpensive, close to the Craiova city centre (5-10 minutes walk), ||The rooms are decent, clean, warm at winter and with AC for the summer. ||The breakfast is sometimes a la carte, sometimes with a buffet. It lacks fruits and milk and cereals, which would be a great improvement that wouldn't cost the hotel much, but I like their fried eggs and the coffee.||What I like the most is the staff, they are always smiling and nice and helpful and they really make the hotel a pleasant place to stay.||||The hotel is great for tourists who want to see the city or who just pass by, or for recurrent visitors as I am. ||The value to price ratio is excellent.||I fully recommend Parc...
