Hotel Green House Craiova — Hotel in Craiova Metropolitan Area

I booked by booking.com the ONLY apartment that exists on the booking and on their website. When I arrived at the accommodation, the apartment was not at all as in the pictures, it had a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 3 single beds and a sofa instead of two bedrooms with a double bed and a living room. When we went to the reception to tell them that this is not the apartment booked by us, the manager informed us that in fact the hotel has 2 apartments and we received the second apartment because we booked too late. When I told her that there was no mention of 2 apartments existing in the hotel, we were told with an air of superiority that site booking.com does not accept their description because it is too long and their site is still in development. For any argument I gave I received a trivial excuse, the manager did not even agree to join the single beds, we were told that it is not possible. It should be mentioned that the boy at the reception was very kind and tried to help us, he was the one who suggested joining the beds. Since we stayed on December 30th, we couldn't find any better accommodation and had to stay there.||The furniture of the apartment was old, damaged, the double bed creaked at the slightest movement, and the mattress looked squished and you could feel the springs pushing you. One of the 3 single beds was torn, the parquet in the hallway was swollen and broken, the walls were stained and lacked lime, one of the TVs did not work (a blue screen lit up and had dead pixels), the sofa lacked a foot thus was very unstable, the lamps were damaged, the windows did not close well and could not be folded down. The bathroom is desirable, the faucets were old, full of limestone, detached from the wall, stickers were pasted indicating the water temperature on the wall behind the faucet both in the shower and in the sink, we had to wait at least 10 minutes for hot water to come, tub it had some yellow marks on it, and the sewer flooded the bathroom if you spent too much time in the shower. There was no trash can except the one in the bathroom, the walls were very thin, you could hear the children of the neighbors crying. Before we stayed I don't know when was the last time that apartment was ventilated, it smelled of dark air and dust everywhere.||These were not 3 star hotel conditions at all, the sure good things about this hotel were the existence of heat in the room and its...

After reading reviews from years ago where the administration promised to do something about the way the hotel presented itself, i decided to give it a try. WORST CHOICE ! I stayed for 5 days, time in which the room hasnt been cleaned, the staff was nowhere to be found and a really bad problem with the location. The rooms were really small, filthy before we arrived and the windows cannot be closed as well as bugs and ants everywhere in the bathroom. Lets say for such a price you dont deserve better, but the firefighters having their HQ right next to us was the worst. This should not be called hotel. The personnel is not frienfly, they seem to be bothered if they are asked questions. What is written and shoen on their website does not correspond to the reality. The rooms are tertible also. The bed is quite unstable and noisy. There is a fridge in the room but you wish is wasn't there. It is extremelly noisy and it wakes you up. The bathtoom is dirty,old and degraded. There are towels only for one perdon but at least you can ask for other ones. Try to find another hotel for your stay in Craiova. The TV does not work proprerly. The breakfast is limited. And the worst thing, the rooms smell...
