I've never seen a hotel with rooms with different stars. The 2 stars rooms are a joke. They are medieval. Horrible. The whole point of having 2 stars rooms its to see how terrible it is and then go to check their 3 star room. That its obviously better. But still with old stuff in there. Like the minibar or the AC. Uncomfortable beds. Worst breakfast type ever. I've never ever seen a hotel breakfast with a menu from which you have to choose from and to be careful not to go over 16 lei. They also seem not to have a fridge. The butter and the cheese were melted. The bread was pretty old. The staff its unprofessional and they seem from another planet, with no experience whatsoever in the hospitality business. I would not recommend this hotel unless you have nowhere else to stay.
