Hotel 3 stele statiunea Venus - Hotel Favorit — Hotel in Mangalia

The hotel is really nice. It does not have thermopan glass to be sure to close the window if there is much noise outside, but we were lucky there was no party outside. We were facing the parking lot so if was definitely quite there. I"m not sure if it was noisy on the other side, because it's really close to another hotel. The hotel is recently renovated and everything is working. They have a spacious fridge, AC, TV. The hotel does not have a restaurant and you have to go 2 hotels down to another hotel to eat. The restaurant is in a 4*hotel and the food was fine. There is a a parc for kids, but no spa or pool. They offer no extra services,well except a coffee machine at first floor and a terrace with a few tables where you can relax. The personal was friendly, but if you have an issue.. It probably won't be fixed (I asked for a rope for the balcony so I could hang the wet towels and they said they don't have one, but they will take care of it. Of corse nothing happened. I bought my own). They clean the room seldom and at every couple of days they take the garbage out and you get a new toilet paper. The sheets and towels were not changed the whole 6...

I am very unhappy because we chose to stay three people in the room and we paid per person, so the price of the room / night arrived exceed 250 Ron ~ 50EUR/night. Breakfast was included but only 2 out of 3 received bracelets and a third person could not have breakfast in the morning because an army of waiters you control whether or not you have the bracelet on. Not to add that we have not received any invoice or tax receipt. The ladies at the reception are totally disrespectful and treated us like we were being there with bad intentions. They brag that the hotel is renovated, but when you get there the 3 star turn in 1, and start noticing the mess, renovation done fast and idiotic, the air of the 80's style, very small rooms in which are crammed 2 beds, small bathroom and miserable (rust, broken and dirty toilet, basin set up and draw water with a rope, a shower curtain that you feel like you do not want to touch, shower gel expired). Toilet paper you are given only on request, cables hanging, noisy and rusty fridge. The railing of the balcony is very low, carefully if you have children. We will never...

It is the best hotel for me. It hits all the marks I look for when I'm on vacation. If you are on a budget and want the best for your money look no further. If you make a reservation in advance it is really affordable, two meals included ( breakfast and dinner ) buffet style, very tasty and diverse, the rooms aren't filled with nonsense furniture, just the necessary. The staff is friendly, minimal cleaning made daily, sheets and towels changed once per stay or upon request. I'm no pet owner but I know the property is pet-friendly. There is easy access to multiple beaches within a few hundred meters, so I cannot praise them enough. I just hope nothing will ever...
