Pensiunea Recidency — Hotel in Oradea Metropolitan Area

Receptionist lady did not speak any English despite having stated so, she just repeated herself but even the numbers did not go fluently for her. Whenever I asked a question regarding our stay or the restaurants/public transport nearby, she either did not understand me, yelled at me or indifferently rejected to hear me entirely.||If someone works in the tourism industry, speaking English and being polite+helpful with the clients should be among their basic skills, at least as far as I consider.||Breakfast was not available despite the fact that it was signed in our confirmation, and the receptionist lady was again not helpful at all when I enquired about possibilities nearby (you can, however, reach a few cafés in 200 metres).||Room was clean, but without a fridge, which I think is quite an elementary tool of a hotel room, anyways.||You have to pay an amount of 2EUR for air conditioning, which I find ridiculous: why can they not just include it in the price?? Relatively cheap for the location so near the center of Oradea. The building has already seen it's better times, both externally and internally, although the rooms were very clean. The personnel has problems speaking English, but in this day and age it's easily overcome with Google translate ;-) One problem we've had is that they mixed up our rooms reservation. They fixed, though, and we've gotten a room upgrade in return. Rooms were clean but the pictures you'll find on booking.com are probably old, rooms are looking pretty much "used" nowadays. It clearly does not worth 3 stars. More than that, the owner is not that friendly and AC is not included in the initial price, you have to additionally pay to receive a remote controller to later realize that it blows more warm than cold air.
