Alexia — Hotel in Piatra Neamț

We had a very bad experience this weekend at the property. There was a loud party at the reception area which we weren't informed before and we couldn't sleep until we had a long chat with the manager, in the middle of the night. They've rented us the rooms even that they knew they had a party going on that weekend. When we try to speak to the manager in order to reduce the noise, she was kind of unprofessional and had a very "don't care about your problem, you paid so that's it, we're continuing our party, even though you cannot sleep - that's your problem" attitude. Pensiune tipica romaneasca: dus stricat, care iti face o balta de apa in baie, paturi inconfortabile si care scartie, vecini care fac petrecere seara, mancare negatita (cartofi pai CRUZI si piept de pui cu gust ciudat!!!), camere necurate (plin de degete straine pe masa din camera, pe dulari etc) si cireasa de pe tort: napron din plastic, decojit si murdar (erau dungi de jeg) peste care ti-a pus farfuria si tacamuriile. De la un magazin 3.9+ iti iei un set de napron cu 10 lei.

Sa veti grija ca nu se respecta nicio protectie importiva COVID-19. Erau clienti care nu purtau masca in pensiune, meniuriile nu sunt dezinfectate dupa ce sunt folosite (dupa ce le-am folosit noi, chelnerul/receptionerul le-a luat de pe masa noastra si le-a dat la persoanele care stateau la masa de langa noi ).

Dimineata ne-am cumparat cafea si am primit lapte stricat, laptele fiind inchegat. Am cerut alta cafea si alte capsule de lapte si acestea erau la fel!! Incredibil de socant. Nici macar nu s-a scuzat pentru disconfortul si scarba produsa!

Si pentru ca nu am fost destul de ghinionisti, am uitam o pereche de papuci de drumetie pe balcon, sunam la receptie dupa 2 zile si ni se spune ca nu s-a gasit nimic si ca sigur ii avem in masina. HAHA ce gluma buna! Sa ii folosesti...
