The room was nice and newly done. Bed was comfortable. It had easy access outlets by the bed. Nice view. Clerks were nice and helpful. For this side of the world, you would do fine staying here. Only thing I would personally change is to have a shower curtain instead of a small, glass deflector. (Hard to keep the floor from getting wet taking a normal shower). Breakfast is offered for a fee as you arrive. Consider asking what that would be before buying the option. It was a typical breakfast of breads, cheeses, cold-cut meats, some veggies and coffee, tea or water. Juices were not offered by we didn't ask either. No iron available if that is a concern. Overall, the value was good. I'd stay there again without thinking twice but we would probably skip the breakfast and go out somewhere. Am fost cazata in perioada 14-18 august la aceasta pensiune si pe tot parcursul sederii noastre am avut parte de multe momente neplacute, precum: -preturile comunicate pentru rezervarea camerei au fost diferite, probabil in functie de starea de spirit a persoanei care se ocupa de rezervari, ramanand valabil pretul cel mai mare. neimplicare absoluta in satisfacerea unor solicitari de bun simt din partea clientilor( am rugat sa mi se schimbe camera de la mansarda la un nivel inferior avand un bebe cu noi. Managerul unitatii nu s-a obosit sa ma anunte ca nu se poate) restaurantul din cadrul pensiunii nu se poate numi restaurant, 2 feluri de mancare prestabilite in ziua respectiva, micul dejun saracacios, produsele de o calitate inferioara. servirea execrabila: angajatele din pensiune gateau, serveau in restaurant, faceau menaj, asigurau si serviciu in receptie si din discutiile la care am participat, negociau si preturile la camere. curatenia in camere lasa de dorit, facuta superficial. am ales sa mai stam in zona o noapte, angajata de la receptie ne-a comunicat ca trebuie sa platim pentru noaptea respectiva un pret mai mare decat am platit pe noptile precedente. la decazare am solicitat factura dar suma a fost mai mica decat cea achitata justificandu-se ca in contabilitate se intregistreaza sume intregi, nu fractii ca si pret al camerei.

Ca si concluzie, pensiunea nu se ridica la standardul celor 3 stele pe care le are, pretul mult prea mare pentru serviciile oferite, respectul fata de clienti nu este, angajatele fara nici un fel de pregatire, managerul unitatii orientat doar...
