Hotel Restaurant Belvedere — Hotel in Piatra Neamț

I called them, a lady's answering the phone and telling me that I can sleep on one night. The condition was to use holiday vochers, the main reason is why we called many hotels to find it, which apparently gets vochers. We arrived at the hotel and we had a very "warm" welcome. The lady at the Reception tells me that they only get vochers if we stay for 3 nights. The lady which I talked to the phone to make the reservation told me that it’s ok to pay for one night with vouchers. I told her quite clearly what I was discussing with the lady who made my reservation, but apparently the lady made me a liar, insisting that only 3 nights could be reserved with vouchers. The manager is not found, which is very normal when a problem occurs. The lady at the reception insists on checking my phone to tell her the date of the call from the phone reservation. It can not reserve a room for the night, there is no solution, just a lady who knows better what reservation I have. In what world do we live? Or would not you like to charge a night of...

I had to stay there because I was attending a wedding and it was the only place with a vacancy. The parking is just slippery hill with grass on it and it has an extremelly tight passage way to acces it. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a receptionist to show up and afterwards we went to the room, it was never vacuumed or cleaned in any significant way. The sheets were ripped and there was a lot of noise because of the parties downstairs ( from 8 pm up to 5-6am ). Also there were spiders webs all over the place. I'll attach some pictures. Am sunat la ei, răspunde o doamna la tel si imi spune ca ma pot caza pe o noapte cu vochere. Condiția era sa putem folosi vochere de vacanta, din aceasta cauza am sunat la multe hoteluri pana sa-l gasesc pe acesta, care aparent primește vochere. Ajungem la hotel si avem o întâmpinate foarte “călduroasă”. Doamna de la Recepție imi spune ca ei primesc vochere numai daca stam 3 nopți, si ca doamna care mi-a facut rezervarea SIGUR a precizat acest lucru. I-am spus destul de clar ce am discut cu doamna care mi-a facut rezervarea, dar aparent doamna ma făcea mincinoasa, insistând ca la ei doar 3 nopți se poate sta cu vochere. Managerul e de negasit, lucru normal in condițiile in care intervine o problema. Doamna de la recepție insista sa imi verific telefonul sa ii spun data apelului din momentul rezervării telefonice. Nu se poate rezerva, nu exista soluții, doar o doamna ce ma ia peste picior ca ea stie mai bine ce rezervare am eu. In ce lume trăim? Sau nu va place sa facturati o...
