Hotel Panoramic — Hotel in Râmnicu Vâlcea

So, this happened:|I had my wedding on 12th of May 2018.|In May 2017 I talked to them, including the manager, to book the whole hotel.|I sent an email, as requested and got their confirmation, but they said the final price offer will be in 2018.|Later, in February 2018, I went to the hotel to confirm and offered to pay an advance, but they said it is still too early to talk about the price, as it may depend on wether we will need room heating or not. They told me to relax and we'll talk later about these "details".|But then, when I contacted them 3 weeks before the event, the manager told me that somehow they had rented the hotel to someone else for the same night.|And "puff"...there you go...left short of 66 accommodations just ahead of the wedding.|You can imagine the trauma to solve the problems.|I also do mention that I would have occupied the while hotel on the 12th of may and another 10 rooms at least for more than just that night and I also didn't ask for a great discount as I was willing to pay up to 120 RON for a double room, considering full hotel reservation(the desk tariff is 130 RON/room).|I also heard that I was not the only one to have had these kind of...

It is an old comunist hotel but this was not the main problem. The staf is very unprofessional.
